The entrance was from a side door which was never disclosed. When we used the front door and unlocked it, it wouldn’t look back. I immediately contacted the host who had been responding to my other messages up until that point. He/she completely ignored the fact that my family would have to sleep with an open front see through glass door and the danger that could entail for a city and a neighborhood we are not familiar with. It screwed the whole experience for us, having to be worried at night if someone was going to enter the house while we were sleeping. We had to come up with a way to feel a little safer to at least have a heads up if someone attempted to open the door. Terrible experience and terrible communication. We should be entitled to a compensation for this since our weekend was completely ruined

We had an amazing stay. Location was great, the house was very clean and well equipped. Host was quick to respond. All in all we really enjoyed everything about it. Would definitely come back.

This house is amazing; it is new, well-maintained, and very clean. Everything in the house matches the online description. The high ceiling, the rooms, and the decor are top-notch. The pool is on the smaller side, but the yard and patio area are wonderful and make a great hangout spot. The kitchen is well-stocked. The location is very close to the beach (by car), as well as grocery stores and many restaurants. However, it is a 20-minute drive to downtown Naples. The neighborhood felt safe and well-kept. Communication with property management was not good; their responses were brief, curt, and sometimes unhelpful.

We had a great time. Beautiful house, near to the beach. We had a very special family time. The house had all we need.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here - very clean. We loved the outdoor set up with covered grill / kitchen area and pool. Nice master suite. Host did a great job communicating / was responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Family of 4 had a great stay in Naples. Totally looking forward to the Florida sunshine and warmer weather. Would of given our stay a perfect score but the pool manual gave us a little trouble. Asif, was quick to the rescue and sent someone from the pool company to help us with the pool. Beautiful place and conveniently located by restaurants, grocery stores and beach. Would recommend. This house had absolutely everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. The cleanliness was outstanding, with plenty of towels for everyone. The home felt brand new with a special touch in every detail of the décor. The pool area was a true highlight—spacious, inviting, and perfect for relaxing. The BBQ was modern and easy to use, making outdoor cooking a joy. This property truly surpasses expectations; the photos don’t do justice to how exceptional this place really is. Plus, the host’s response time was incredible—it felt like they were just waiting for us to ask a question! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a flawless getaway.
