Naples Bliss: Upscale Haven with Pool

Very clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment, beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler. Host very available with regular check ins. Nice area, convenient to many restaurants and beach easily accessible via beach shuttle.

nice rental house feels like it’s a home for sale and definitely clean as would hopenice little touches like soaps and easy communication neighborhood is a little rowdy over holidays- the fireworks on NYE terrified my kids

Good quiet location with pool and access to beach close by. The facilities were good and everything worked. Beds were comfortable. Minor improvements: would suggest the WiFi be made more secure with password and more cutlery and cups supplied.

House was perfect for what we needed - laundry is big enough to set up a pack and play. Clean, efficient, and gorgeous back yard. Host was very communicative and helpful! Thanks for hosting us!

Really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owners was top-notch, the heated pool was comfortable and refreshing, the kitchen and bathroom amenities were great and the house was clean. Only downsides are that the door handle on the rear sliding door snapped off in my hand as I was closing it one morning, and the home is starting to show the signs of short-term rentals... peeling paint in spots, etc. That being said, it was the perfect spot for the price, especially over the new year holiday.

The house was beautifully appointed with 3 bedroms and 2 baths. The kitchen/dining area was spacious with a lovely view of the pool and garden. We enjoyed the tv in the living room as well as in the bedrooms. It was very conveniently located with the ocean a few blocks away, an easy walking distance.. Stores were just a couple of blocks away in the other direction. I highly recommend this rental.

The house was clean and comfortable. Had everything we could have wanted. Nice quiet neighborhood, the pool was an added bonus! The outdoor area was comfortable, close to everything. Would definitely rent again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. When we arrived there were some issues with cleanliness, but the management company sent a maintenance crew out immediately to resolve. The location is great - very close to restaurants & the beach. Wish there had been some sort of security system but still felt safe in this neighborhood. The washer & dryer are located in a bedroom which is not ideal if you’re planning to have little kids sleep in there, but we made it work. The pool was a great temperature & we had a lot of fun here on our trip.

This property appeared to be recently renovated, with two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with nice finishes, and a third bedroom with twin beds. The house was located just a few blocks from the beach, and was minutes away from a variety of restaurants. The pool was perfect for our group of four, and we also appreciated having beach gear (e.g., beach chairs and towels) available for use. We encountered no problems during our stay, and the check in/check out processes were simple. We had a fabulous sisters weekend here, and would absolutely stay here again!

The location was great, central to everything in Naples. The house was very nice. Clean, decorated well, and had the amenities you would expect. There was definitely attention to detail (extra towels, bathroom tissue, beach umbrella and chairs, etc.). Communication with management was great and I had no hiccups with the house. It’s well maintained. My only issue was that the listing was advertised as a heated pool but the pool was pretty cold. It was going to be one of the highlights of our trip but we barely used it because of the temperature. Otherwise it was a lovely house that was clean and we felt safe staying there.
