Endless Summer Southern Exposure Soak up the sun. This property faces south and the pool deck is always exposed to the sun. If you want constant sunshine on your pool deck this is the right property for you.

Endless Summer: professionally landscaped, fenced yard, 4 bedroom home with spa and pool. Massive great room can accommodate large groups. New: furniture, bedding. outdoor furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, televisions, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. . This home is fully equipped and includes a screened lanai which allows you to keep the sliders open to the pool area allowing a breeze in but still protecting your little ones! (see photo's).

As you enter the main foyer there are French doors to the left which open to bedroom number four that features a queen size bed. The main entrance leads to a vaulted ceiling great room which offers a spacious kitchen equipped with Keurig coffee maker along with all new plates, silverware, pots and pans. Along side the kitchen is a rectangular table that offers seating for six with a breakfast bar which seats 4 people. The living area is decorated in a coastal theme with a 60 inch flat panel TV powered by Comcast cable and WIFI throughout the home and pool area.
Continue through the patio sliders and you will find a large covered outdoor lanai dining area with a seating set and a stainless steel Weber grill. A perfect spot to dine. This area is part of the screened lanai pool area which offers full privacy with southern exposure for you and your guests An additional table and four lounge chairs complete the pool deck

To the left of the kitchen area and living area are three additional bedrooms. The master features a king bed with sliders to the lanai. Private master bath, large walk in closet and a flat panel HDTV complete the suite. Bedroom number two features two twin beds decorated in a coastal theme with a 4 TV. Bedroom number three features two twin beds and a ceiling fan.
This home comfortably accommodates 2-10 guests. It can accommodate 8 guests in beds and 2 additional guests if two sleep on air mattresses which we provide.
