Stayed Nov 22, 2025Both the attractive, modern house and our host Antonio were terrific. Our 11-person, three-generation family spent a lot of time enjoying the kid-friendly heated pool (with a basketball net) and Tiki bar. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and conveniently located just a three-minute drive from two of the best beaches in Naples and very near lots of shops and restaurants.As for our host, he couldn't have been more accommodating, quickly responding to any questions we had. For example, when the blender stopped working, he had a very high-end model delivered the next day.Highly recommended.

Stayed May 24, 2025Stay was great! Perfect house for 4 guys to make a 4 day 3 night golf trip to Naples. Close to course, 1 mile to Vanderbilt beach, and 3 miles to Mercato shops. The Tiki Hut is the #1 feature and makes this a must visit VRBO!

The backyard pool and tiki bar give total vacation vibes!! It’s close to several beaches and a quick drive down to boat rentals!! Highly recommend this property!
