Stayed Feb 13, 2025There are many positives about this property - proximity to attractions, comfy beds, nicely stocked with coffee, paper products, bath products, and hair dryer. Also loved that there were chairs for the beach. The things we did not like were the musty smell that comes into the house from the basement, not having a place to gather outside,(there are only two chairs on the deck) and no real view since the neighborhood is not very pretty. Also, there is no oven, just a counter top oven. So if you are looking for a reasonably priced place, plan to spend most of your time away from the house, and don’t have a sensitive nose, this is a good pick.

Stayed May 24, 2024My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights on a whim. It was pet friendly which was very convenient. Owner was super friendly. The house is VERY nice. It’s obviously been re-done. Loved the decor. Nice outdoor deck. It was also fun to watch the fish and other wildlife in the backyard. The location is great. 10 minutes from downtown and the beach. Everything else you could want within a 5 minute drive.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Great location to avoid downtown Naples traffic but also close enough enjoy downtown nightlife and Naples beaches. The best part is walking distance to the East Naples community center to play games. Great location and great host
