Nantucket Home for Large Group or Family

Overall we had a nice time. Janet was a very communicative host and easy to reach when we had a minor maintenance issue and to accommodate a few special requests. The house is in a central part of the island and is quick to great beaches and town. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook most of our meals at the house. The property is on the older side and some spaces would definitely benefit from a few updates, especially the upstairs bathroom. A few of the appliances were also old and dirty and could use replacement. Overall though nothing was a deal breaker and our family had a good stay.

Beautiful home!! Highly recommend Janet’s home!! Great location for beaches and town. Spaces inside and out were all very clean and beautifully maintained. Janet was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone really enjoyed our visit!

Our family stayed here to celebrate our parents' 40th wedding anniversary and it was the perfect place to stay for all ages. The house offers multiple areas for people to spend time (either together/or separate) inside or outside the house. It was exactly as described and Janet was an exceptional host; always available to answer any random questions we had.

Great time with a group of friends for the long weekend

We had a big week-long family reunion on Nantucket, with our group staying at Janet and Tony's place. Janet is an excellent, responsive communicator who made booking, planning and our stay very easy. Lovely people, glad we got to meet them in person. The home's location is walking or biking distance to multiple beaches, including our family's favorite, Surfside. We also biked to Bartlett's Farm, Cisco Brewery, the Stop & Shop and town easily. Bike rentals and a delicious cafe, Yummy, are a couple blocks away, which was very convenient. The house is right on a main bike path. Overall a casual, roomy home with a BBQ-friendly yard, topnotch hosts and easy access to Nantucket's activities and attractions.

Overall house was good but did not have a wine opener, iron or hair dryer.

The owners are very nice and welcoming. The house is in a great location and the layout is perfect for a large group of friends. We hope to return.

This was an amazing house. The owner was so accommodating. She went over backwards for us. The house fit it’s all for a wonderful family reunion. Great backyard and patio. Great room to celebrate. Especially my son’s engagement to his fiancé. I wonderful place to stay. And easy to get to town and beaches.

Renting was easy, communication with host was great!
