Stayed Aug 8, 2025We had a fabulous weekend here! So responsive to our questions and needs! Was going to let us leave luggage if the house wasn’t ready when we arrived (early) but the cleaners were so kind and let us right in! It was a great location to walk through the path to town and we did so often! The place was clean and had a great outdoor space! Would stay again!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025We enjoyed our stay. Robert was very communicative. The house had everything we needed. It’s on the outskirts of town, however, there’s a walking path next to the house that provides a direct route into town - probably a 15/20 min walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024This house was much more spacious than the pictures led me to believe and we were very happy with our stay! The house had everything we needed and wasn’t too far from town. The only thing I would say was that I had to ask for the check in and check out instructions from the host, but he was very responsive and the process was easy.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023We arrived and were told the ferries would not run. We needed to extend one day. Robert agreed to that. Since the weather was not great we had to take cabs when we hoped we could walk into town. Common rooms worked well when we couldn't go out. Some minor linen updates would improve the overall stay.

Stayed Sep 7, 2023We loved our stay at this house in Nantucket. It was much larger than expected, with sizable bedrooms and a big backyard. The house was clean and in great condition. The owner was great to communicate with and maybe the check in process seamless. I would highly recommend others to stay here!
