Nantucket Art House - In Town ~ Heated Pool ~ Includes Guest House!

The Art House was beautiful and full of all the amenities you could ever want. Everything in the Art House was quality. The layout was perfect and we had ample room for each of us. The pool was perfectly heated and we did yoga by the pool every day., The location was a short walk to town and we hiked to all the beaches. This was a perfect place for our annual girls trip! Amazing, beautiful and relaxing!

Property was great and comfortably slept our party of 8 people. The house is located a short walk away from the center of town. Wonderful pool as well. Property is very well managed too and the owner is very responsive.

Perfect place for my 40th birthday with my siblings and parents. We loved the amenities, the cleanliness, and working with the property manager. Everything was so easy.

Everything was perfect. Walking distance from town, plenty of bedrooms to spread out in, great guest cottage for nanny, and brand new-feeling appliances, bedding, furniture etc! Thanks so much! Would highly recommend, and we’ll be back next year!

Was here for a hockey tournament. Location is fantastic for 10 minute walk into town or 1 mile to rink. Property is spacious and very well designed. It is a fresh and modern feel but reflective of Nantucket style. Would definitely stay here again.

We brought our family of seven for a week in Nantucket. We were looking for something that was modern, close to downtown, and offered a compound like atmosphere for the family to enjoy themselves. This house delivered on all items. The house is immaculate. The layout was fantastic for family get together’s. The pool area turned out to be far more used that I had thought. If you’re looking for a great place to take the family, it would be hard to beat this location house.

The house layout, condition, amenities and location was 5 star. We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future.

The Arthouse made our Thanksgiving a magical one. A wonderful space for our family gathering. We loved the ping pong and air hockey tables. Can't wait to come back.

We stayed here for Stroll with two other couples. It was so tastefully designed, super clean, and comfortable with a fantastic kitchen / living room common area on the first floor. It's a great option for anyone traveling with extended family or groups friends that don't want to deal with hassle of multiple hotel rooms. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying in this amazing house. The weather was great for swimming in the pool. The pictures shown on the site mirror the actual beauty, cleanliness and new construction of the house. The separate cottage was a bonus space for our guests. We loved to walk to town every day, it was so convenient, yet it was its own private paradise. A quick drive and we were at the beach. We can not wait to come back to the Nantucket Art House next summer!
