Nanas Rainbow riverhouse with waterfront close to headsprings

Location awesome, hard to see the driveway but , it’s on a white sign , beautiful spot on the river , huge lay out , two living rooms , Bri g 10 people easy. Very important , there is no system in place for you to just float down to the KP hole and walk back, pretty dangerous little walk , tight , about 3 miles . If you have two cars , a few bikes , something may help.Super awesome people, we will visit again . Wish we could bring our pets

Host was very responsive before and during stay whenni had a few questions. The location is absolutely amazing. The house is spacious. Everything worked. It was clean. We only used the primary bedroom, the bed was vert comfortable.Plenty of towels, blankets, everything we neededThe kitchen is well stocked, the appliances are up to dateThis is an excellent value for the money

Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, super clean home!! The amenities like extra fishing poles, kayaks and floats were a huge bonus!!

The host is very accommodating and personable. Enjoyed having Matt around. The house is very spacious especially the kitchen. The location is perfect right in between KP hole and State Park. Kayaks were a bonus. Loved the outdoor fire pit with all the wood available. Nearby bike trails were fun and very scenic. Grocery stores nearby if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to visit again!

Great place to host our family of 6! 20 minutes kayak to the state park! Host was excellent, couldn't ask for anything more!

A lot of space! Inside and out. We really enjoyed the fishing poles, the area close to eateries, the kayaks, and the little swimming area. Very close to the park as well. This is a great find. Thanks for sharing your amazing spot! Kitchen has a lot of items if in need, washer and dryer access, patio with a close fire pit, sitting area near crystal clear water, and lifejackets. Ton of room with beds couches, and seating outside.

Location, location, location! This house is all about the river and we enjoyed it immensely. We had a large group and utilized every sleeping arrangement provided. We brought our own tubes to float down the river and walk back. Also used the kayaks at the house. Was very nice to paddle upstream and casually float back down to the house. Beautiful spot on the river!

We absolutely loved our first experience at Rainbow River! This property was the perfect location—peaceful, scenic, and right on the water. Our host was incredibly helpful, offering great tips for day trips and local activities.After one day of exploring, we quickly realized there was no need to leave—the property had everything we could want. With direct access to the river, we spent our days kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and swimming. It was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even spoiled us with the best ribs we’ve ever eaten! We can’t wait to come back. We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Location is perfect! Quiet yet close to town for any needs. The view of the river can be seen from inside or out. Large kitchen for cooking. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room to get away from each other if needed. Will definitely return!

Property had lots of room. Huge kitchen. Steps away to the dock and beautiful Rainbow River and springs.We saw otters and plenty of fish. We kayaked and snorkeled.

I’ve been coming to Rainbow River since I was a child. I started bringing my family when my son was five, at 15 years of age. Now we have rented yearly for the past 10 years at five different places to four different property owners. I can say hands down that these people are the nicest kindest, most helpful friendliest people that we’ve stayed at on the rainbow. The house is just a handful of homes away from the headspring. So you can kayak and drift all the way down the river and have a lovely time. It’s quiet it’s clean. It’s got lots of space. It may only have two bedrooms, but it can sleep a great amount of people the four of us slept there no problem. The kitchen has more than enough appliances and utensils. It’s got tons of stuff, including an air fryer. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor dining with the outdoor dining being covered and the gentleman just put a new deck in. We absolutely loved our stay. We prefer hard mattresses and the mattresses. There are a little softer, but other than that, I could not think of a single thing That was not absolutely wonderful if they had a six star option, I would take it.Don’t hesitate book here stay here you won’t regret it
