Stayed Jul 19, 2025We loved our stay here and highly recommend this rental. Some highlights about the house: It is very large, with enough space to spread out and get some quiet time and a nice 3-season room to sit in and drink morning coffee. It is homey in a good way-- even if the listing hadn't told us, we would have known that people had lived here, rather than just minimally furnishing it for a rental, because of the well-equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, etc. The first-floor bathroom has good grab bars for use by someone with mobility challenges. (We didn't, but could have, stayed here with the member of our family who uses a wheelchair, though there are a few steps to the entrance we used.) It's in a nice neighborhood at the very north end of Eastham, maybe a 20-25 minute walk from Sunken Meadow beach. The owners were extremely nice and understanding when some of our party had to leave late because I drove off with their car key by mistake and had to drive back and return it!
