Secluded, scenic, and very clean

We had 6 families stay at the home and we had a blast. Very convenient location close to Dreams park. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Claire the owner could not have been more gracious, kind, and accommodating. She responded quickly and always so friendly. This is our second time staying here and would stay again.

The property was amazingly private and perfect for our stay in Cooperstown. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone travelling to Cooperstown.

Beautiful home that exceeded all of our needs. Each room having its own bathroom was amazing for sharing the home with multiple baseball families. The pool was a great amenity for siblings to use! This home is close to the Dreams Park, making commuting back and forth super easy!! The hosts were very attentive and easy to get in touch with! Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful and ideal house for some Cooperstown baseball!

Great property! Had everything we needed for a week at Dreams Park. Super close and convenient to everything. House was perfect as every bedroom had their own bathroom. House was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had one question on arrival and owner answered our text in minutes. Would highly recommend!!

We rented Hill Side with a few other families to stay while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week. The house was spacious, comfortable and well appointed and the younger kids loved the pool! We did have a few issues that we discovered upon our arrival (washing machine leaking, fridge not cooling, ice maker in fridge not working, etc.) that Chris and Claire responded to promptly and either addressed or let us know if it couldn't be fixed during our stay. On our first night, we also discovered that one of the bedrooms had a leak in the ceiling. One of the parents staying with us has a severe allergy to mold and was planning to stay in the bedroom but as soon as she saw the leaking and darkening on the ceiling / potential mold she moved to the Holiday Inn near Dreams Park as she couldn't risk getting really sick. We sent multiple communications to Chris and Claire asking for a partial refund just for her portion of the rental so we could return her portion of the stay to her and still have not heard back from them, which is very disappointing. If we don't hear back from them we'll file a complaint / claim with VRBO.

We enjoyed the house and the property surrounding it. It was the perfect house for our group of 16. The pots and pans were amazing! We would have liked a few more bath towels, washcloths, bath mats, grill utensils and salt/pepper.

This house was absolutely perfect for our team. Between our team we rented this house and the other two houses on the property. The location is perfect and a less than 10 minute drive to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. The property is beautiful and you can't beat the view off the back deck. The pool was warm, only downfall is our pool doesn't have lights. We did buy a few strands from the dollar store and put them up so the kids could see when swimming at night. If you're looking for the perfect house to rent this is it!
