The kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking at home a breeze. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from downtown Mystic, making it super convenient to explore shops, restaurants, and the waterfront.Ellen, our host, was truly wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The property was great. Clean, cozy, comfortable and beautiful. Great beds. The only reason that I did not give it a full 5 stars is that there was a water pump that made noise and that was challenging at night. The owner was aware is in the process of getting it fixed.

Our hosts, Ellen and Rich, were very accommodating and communicative during the entire process from booking, during our stay and checking out. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the property, close proximity to downtown Mystic and the ample space to unwind and relax. A definite gem to stay at while in the Mystic area

Stayed May 25, 2024Beautiful. Spacious. Immaculate. Well appointed. One of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. Wish we had more down time to enjoy the house more, but we had an event filled weekend trip. Maybe next time. Would definitely rent again.

Stayed May 17, 2024Magnolia House is a lovely modern home in a great location for easy access to Mystic and the surrounding communities. We enjoyed the large, well appointed kitchen and spacious gathering areas for our family group. The bedrooms are roomy with very comfortable beds. Ample towels, linens and cleaning supplies were on hand. Our host Ellen was very available and thoughtful. She even offered to pick up groceries for us for our late arrival. Very nice!
