Stayed Jun 9, 2026Beautiful property in a great location in 30A. The home is in excellent condition, very charming and beautiful decor. Lovely backyard - we loved the little fence hook game they have built in. It’s only 5 blocks walk from the beach (entrance has bathrooms and showers). There’s a very casual beach cafe on the walk to the beach that’s open morning-night and also rents bikes/golf carts. Although this property has 4 adult bikes to rent. There are a few restaurants within walking distance nearby. Easy check-in and plenty of outside seating (front porch with a bench swing and patio table in the backyard). The kitchen has a Nespresso machine (Vertuo pods), high end appliances, plenty of cookware. All appliances are in excellent condition and very clean (washer, dryer and fridge). AC works great in all rooms. Five star properties does an excellent job with property management: freshly cleaned beds, provided basic bathroom toiletries and bathroom towels, basic kitchen cooking items. The beds are very comfortable with 1 king bed and the triple bunk beds (2 bedrooms) were great for both kids & adults. Very quiet and the upstairs primary bedroom has a nice balcony, private. They also have a pool steps away. We will be back!

Stayed Apr 12, 2026House was perfect for our week’s stay. Property is close to beach access as well as two great state park’s with beautiful beaches. There are many great restaurants close by as well.We also enjoyed the pool area and bike path which runs a total of 20 miles along 30a which is ant the end of the neighborhood.House is beautifully decorated, well stocked and beds were very cozy. The fenced yard was great for our pup as well as outdoor relaxing.We would definitely stay again and work with 5 Star rentals.
