Muriel's Grove | Tennis, Bikes & 2 Pools

The Good: Beach is very convenient and beautiful. Very lovely neighborhood and pool is literally next door and tennis courts are close. The Not So Good: The house was okay but definitely needs updating. Issues with electrical outlets and really poor water pressure. Not stocked with enough basics (i.e toilet paper - 1 cheap little roll per bathroom) and no beach towels provided. Seaside is at least a 25 minute walk away so you'll definitely get your steps in. The Bad: Owner of the house lives in the neighborhood and was frequently walking by and checking in on us - he actually came to the house twice while we were there to question us and tell us to keep the doors and windows shut because he said it lets moisture in which can cause damage/rust. Management was very responsive and apologetic when we complained about the owner but other than that there was no reconciliation offered. We were truly offended by the owner and it put a damper on things but in retrospect it makes for a funny story.Overall, we would never rent this place again nor could we ever recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful place to stay! The house was perfect for us. It had everything we could possibly need and it was so close to the beach! I highly recommend it!

This was our first trip to Florida so we had no idea what to expect. Seagrove far exceeded our expectations! The neighborhood is magical with its winding streets, beautiful lush trees and serene peaceful setting just off of 30-A. Muriel Grove has wrap-around porches on both levels which is where we had our morning coffee and breakfast. This house lacked for nothing and was perfect for our entire family. It was super clean with a well-appointed layout. Our young adults loved using the bicycles and riding to the beach and Central Square. Proximity to the beach is perfect - a short walk across 30-A. Our younger children enjoyed walking/biking through the beautiful neighborhood. Very family friendly and safe! The beach we had access to was semi-private, not crowded and the water was a stunning turquoise blue. Our family would 100% stay there again and we are already looking forward to our next trip there!!

What a great space for our family vacation! We stayed at Muriels Grove for a week with all of our grown children and our 2 little grand babies! There was plenty of comfy seating and a huge table we gathered around for meals and to play games. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty with an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The house is right next to the pool so it almost felt like it was part of the property. We got to meet the owner Debbie, she was so nice and we would definitely stay there again!

The house was exactly as described. Great location, next to the pool and a short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book here again.

We absolutely loved the location of the house with easy access to the beach. The beach was not overly crowded and there was plenty of space. My family enjoyed the house and everyone had plenty of room.

We had a wonderful time at Muriel’s Grove. The house was very nice and we had plenty of space. There were 5 of us ranging in age from 17 to 67. The walk to the beach is mostly shaded and not bad at all. I will say once you get to the beach, there are about 50 steps going down to the sand. It was not bad for us, but for some it could be. We will definitely be back!!

This trip was amazing. The property was very close to the beach and close proximity to all other things 30A has to offer. The house was well stocked, spacious, and accommodating.

Clean, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, well stocked home. Close bike ride to the beach, pool next door. We would definitely book again!

The house and location were perfect for a mom and daughter getaway! So close to all things Seaside!
