Great property, peaceful, wildlife out the back unexpected and extras provided. Unit like new and quality fittings and accessories.

Such a beautiful property and the hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Fantastic spot, walkable to the beach, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Perfect for our family of 4 for a Christmas holiday. Lots of little extra touches including a Christmas tree which was very special. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Easy, prompt, friendly contact w/ host. Welcomed w/milk, fruit, eggs, wine, coffee & fruit - so hospitable. Kitchen & pantry we're a treat in which to prepare meals- super appliances & dinnerware.

From start of booking host was very responsive and welcoming.House was very cosy with everything needed for our stay. Our little ones enjoyed watching the kangaroos in the backyard.

We were really pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door. The layout of the property is very family friendly and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are spacious and the decor is very coordinated and thoughtful. There are lots of lovely artworks throughout the house and the stained glass windows are a real feature. The kitchen is also thoughtfully organised with sharp knives, some basic pantry supplies, and a great strange of kitchen utensils. The fresh milk, shortbread and wine were really generous. Thank you! We loved the outdoor setting options and the views. We got to see some wonderful Aussie wildlife including a blue tongue lizard, kangaroos, kookaburras, parrots, wrens and loads of dragonflies. The location is in walking distance to shops and cafes, playing fields and a very short drive to the beach. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

relaxing and peaceful location near central Merimbula, can walk to town/Spencer Park, and to Bar Beach if you like a longer walk. very comfortable house.

The hosts have thought of everything to create a comfortable and homely get-away. We didn't want for anything. The property is very clean, spacious and well laid out, with lots of thoughtful touches. Air conditioning, wifi, clean kitchen and BBQ, plenty of cookware and pantry supplies, privacy, peaceful green outlook, and a short walk to shops, cafes, parks etc. Nice and warm on the cool autumn nights and mornings, with the sun streaming into the living area. Good as a base for exploring or to cosy up and stay home. Definitely recommend.
