A lovely sun filled 70's style home with 3 large bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom with a separate toilet on the top level. On the lower level, you will find a spacious 4th bedroom that sleeps 4 as well as a TV and plenty of games and books - a perfect hide away for the kids, plus a handy extra bathroom for those sandy feet.

The cosy living area has beautiful raked timber ceilings and views from every window with amazing views of the bush and the lake. A 1 minute walk will find youat the lakes edge, and just a 5 minutes along the boardwalk into lovely village of Merimbula or 7 minutes to Sunnies coffee shop. The kitchen area has a massive timber table perfect for large families or why not have a BBQ on the massive deck sit back and enjoy the beautiful views.
This lovely home is in a walk any where location and is perfect for 2/3 families, why not bring your pooch along as well.
