Mudgee - The Grazier's House - Gooree Farm Stays

We were greeted by Vicki on arrival to show us through the house and recommend a few things to do. The house was immaculate well-appointed and the beds super comfy. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset at the yurt and walks on the property. Would highly recommend.

Great farmstay in the Graziers Cottage. Kicked off our weekend adventure with a Gooree Park wine tasting and were escorted to the farmstay cottage from there. Great communication before arrival and also introduction to the cottage. Very comfortable abode with all modern conveniences in good order. Sunrises were spectacular with clouds that promised rain and delivered a little. The Mudgee Classic was a really well organised event and the people of Mudgee rolled out their welcome mat with distinction. Would love to do it all again.

We had an incredible time at the Graziers. It was spacious, private and well equipped. Vicky was very welcoming and responsive and made our stay smooth and comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough

This is a gorgeous, spacious and well-stocked home away from home! Our group of nine staying in the house had everything we could possibly have wanted - lots of space, comfortable furniture, plenty of plates, glasses, cooking equipment etc.

We had a great stay, the house is set in a picturesque paddock, a great distance from town. A lovely spot and a very comfortable house.

This was one of the best Stayz holidays I have ever booked. Outside of the stunning property that felt like a fairytale (including waking up to fields cloaked in Winter mist), the booking was a dream from the moment we hit confirm. Vicki provided local recommendations, specific directions to ensure we all made our way safely and even provided a mini-bus service to pick us up and drop us off from dinner in town. The home itself was spacious, stylish and perfect for a reunion of old friends. We especially loved the outdoor fire pit. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mudgee-Gooree Farm Stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

My friends and I stayed here in May 2025 and had a wonderful time. Everything was so easy from booking, to exploring Mudgee, to checking out. We felt very looked after. The property itself is in a beautiful location, equiped with everything that we needed. It was meticulously clean, comfortable and warm. We can't wait to come back again and I will be recommending this accomodation to friends and family.

We had a lovely weekend staying on farm whilst visiting the Mudgee region with our family. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog and facilities were amazing. Thanks to Vikki for the warm and hassle free check-in/out process. Would highly recommend.

Peaceful and relaxing in a beautiful rural location within a working farm. The home was lovely with the comfiest beds we’ve ever had, located just 7km from town. Vikki, the host, couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful well presented property in a stunning location just outside of Mudgee. Quiet and peaceful, if you want to get away from the hustle and unwind this is the placeVikki was a very helpful host and no lack of inspiration of things to do in your time here.Very dog friendly, beautiful grass our dog to stretch her legs and roll around in. As it is a working farm some curious springers came up for a chat as well. Very glad we chose to stay in this well appointed property

Overall a lovely time, few small changes for check in / contact as it felt like a lot. Also felt the cleanliness of the property could’ve been better.
