Stayed Nov 26, 2025The house was lovely, clean, spacious,Comfortable and really well stocked. We had issues with accessing the property and also never got responses back when I contacted the management company about early check ins. I texted and emailed twice each and not no reply.

Stayed Mar 12, 2024My wife and I come to CO regularily during the ski season but this time we came with a group of family that had never experienced the mountains. We all had a great time and the house was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and well maintained. Great location between Winter Park and Fraser. Just a few minutes to all the needs and activities. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again. Thanks!

Stayed Feb 16, 2024We loved our stay. Everything was exactly as described and perfect! The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The layout was great. It's close to the grocery store and only a 10 minute drive to Winter Park resort. Everyone was happy - this was one of the best places we've stayed.

Stayed Jul 29, 2022Location was perfect to go into Fraser and winterpark on bikes or drive. The house was perfect size for our family of 8. There is train that goes by every night multiple times. So bring ear plugs. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and Beds were comfortable. It Didn’t feel super clean when we arrived, so we washed all bathroom rugs and swept. Dishwasher door was smudged with food so we Lysol wiped everything down in kitchen. Management company was prompt and helpful every time I texted. Hot tub was broken and they had repair guy come out to fix it by mid week of our trip. We enjoyed using it once it was fixed. All in all I would suggest this place to stay and I would stay again as well. One thing that would be nice to have access to is a vacuum. I borrowed neighbors mid week to tidy up.

Stayed Jul 24, 2021Great place, great location, accommodated our needs wonderfully. The home layout worked really well as we had family members ranging in age from 80 years old to 12 years of age.
