Mtn Mod Townhome w/City Views-Unmatched Location

Beautifully renovated townhouse! Hosts have thought of everything (even extras - like a Ms. PacMan wall arcade game in the master bedroom!!) - well stocked kitchen (including some basic spices), modern/clean look, GREAT use of space (drawers built in to empty space under stairs for example), nice backyard (with a sauna coming soon), and even a single (small) car garage. It was perfect for our family of 4 dog; no one felt cramped. If we're in Columbus again, we'll look to stay here again!

We stayed for only 1 night so pretty much didn't use anything but the beds and bathrooms. It was very clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Mtn Mod was fantastic!! Condo was clean, stocked with everything. Cozy back yard, walking location to shops & restaurants. Parking was easy! We will stay here again!

Great place to stay. We were in the adjacent property last year and made it a point to come back this year.

Everything was very clean and neat. Location was awesome and I was really glad of all of the stores and restaurants near by. Owners had a nice little book of stuff to do in the area which was helpful when we wanted to bring our kids to a park one morning. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Would stay here again!!

A couple of my girlfriends and I met up in Columbus for our annual get together. This was such a great place to stay that (for the first time) we said we'd consider booking the same place next year. It was a cute spot in a good neighborhood. We had everything we needed for a fun night catching up.

We were in town for the Dine on a covered bridge and decided to make it a full weekend and spend some time in Columbus. The location was great, the unit was exactly as pictured, very clean and updated. We appreciated that the coffee drawer was well stocked with k cups and creamer and also the soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Parking on the street was fine - even with the festival we were lucky and found parking close to the unit. The only problem we encountered was with the internet connection to the TV. It would continuously drop the connection but after awhile it seem to be fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Very simple and we loved that. Off street parking would have been nice but no big deal. Other guest next door dog barked all night but nothing you could have done about that.

Super easy to get in and out for any Columbus area activities/work. Very nice & clean. Will use this place again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! The townhome was beautifully designed, very clean, warm, and inviting — perfect for our family getaway. My children especially loved the game cabinet and cozy bedrooms; we all appreciated how comfortable and thoughtfully stocked the space was. As a mom, traveling with kids can be a lot of 'extra' planning, but our stay felt effortless in this space. My husband and I also loved relaxing on the back porch after a long day of exploring with the kids. We hope to visit again!

Only suggestion is to add shower mat in upstairBathroom. Very slippery ! Other than that everything was absolutely wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. This is a beautiful townhome with excellent and experienced hosts. The space is comfortable and pretty and has everything a family, couple, or single guest could need. There are even amenities for pets - a fenced (shared) yard. The location is great - walkable within Grandview - one of the most fun, vibrant, and accessible neighborhoods in Columbus. OSU, downtown, Crew Stadium, the Short North, and more, are all within a few minutes drive. I would highly recommend the Mtn Mod townhome to anyone visiting Columbus.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here and were very impressed! The property is very clean, spacious and attractive. The beds are *very* comfortable, which is a major plus for any rental and often not the case.The only caveat I have is not something the owners are responsible for or can change, but it's good to be aware of this: If you're a light sleeper, do not choose the bedroom facing the back of the property. There was trash pickup at 3:30 am (which is obviously not a daily occurance) and a refrigerated truck spent a long time delivering to the Walgreen's next door, starting around 6:00 am. Family members in the other two bedrooms (also light sleepers) did not hear any of this.

We stayed one night and loved every minute of it. The house is as near to perfect as you’re going to get in a rental home. The beds are super comfortable as is all of the furniture. The showers have great water pressure and the bathrooms have amenities and soft towels. We were able to park right in front of the house. There was an issue getting check in instructions and I did have to reach out to the host but received prompt instructions. The code sent wouldn’t work but the host answered immediately and we were able to access the home quickly. We would absolutely stay again.

Well appointed TH. Street parking was easy and loved all the restaurants on Grandview. Stayed for 2 weeks and felt very comfortable the whole time!

We had a fabulous time at this place! Communication with the hosts was clear and simple, and the place itself was clean and very accommodating. The location was perfect as we could easily walk to any restaurants on Grandview Avenue, and we were close to Ohio State. We would definitely stay here again!

Every time we come to Columbus this is our # 1 choice to stay! Beautiful, clean home. Everything you need is here. (Comfy beds and bedding; fluffy towels) Nice safe neighborhood with tons of good options for food, coffee, and shops.Owners extremely responsive and helpful.

This was such a cute place in a great location! My kids loved the upstairs, and it was nice to have the basement bedroom as well. The small fire pit are at was nice to relax at in the evenings, and the area was so fun!
