It is a 500m walk to family friendly Dutchies Beach for calm water swimming, picnics, BBQ's and a childrens playground. 600m in the other direction is Nelson Bay CBD for boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and the Marina.

The duplex is beautifully appointed with air conditioned living room with flatscreen TV, with Netflix, Free Wi-Fi, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with outdoor dining area and BBQ. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite.
Downstairs is another two bedrooms; one with Queen Size bed and the other with two single beds. A large bathroom, laundry, courtyard and internal access to the garage.

House was well equipped, very clean, gorgeous views, close to the walking path to town and to the beach, good shopping and restaurants. Great location - peaceful & quiet and such an easy walk to both Nelson Bay and Dutchman’s Beach. The house was modern, clean, and very comfortable. There is a great view from the balcony, from which you can enjoy a relaxing meal. We’ve already booked another stay!
