Western charm meets comfort and elegance at this Moab home with a loft. The mountain-view retreat features a private outdoor hot tub, an enclosed yard and patio, and a superb Utah location for hiking, mountain biking, and enjoying the red rock landscapes. Beautifully situated on the southern edge of the Moab Golf Club, this two-level home sits just six miles southeast of shops and restaurants in central Moab. Saddle up your mountain bike for a morning on the Slickrock Bike Trail six miles north. You'll be 11 miles southeast of Arches National Park and 36 miles east of Canyonlands National Park.

Begin each morning with a cup of coffee on the patio, where you can read a good book in a lounge chair, spread out the sports section at the table, and watch the sunrise illuminate the red cliffs. Use the provided WiFi to plan your daily adventures or embrace relaxation by taking a morning dip in the hot tub.

Step inside the 2,000-square-foot living space to find new furnishings, thoughtful and stylish decor, and central air-conditioning for even the warmest summer days. Cap off a thrilling day of mountain biking by curling up the leather sofas, lighting the gas fireplace, and watching a DVD or cable show on the large TV.

Swap stories with your loved ones as you prepare dinner in the full kitchen, an open and social space with natural wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher to take care of the cleanup. Head outside to the patio to sear steaks on the gas grill, help assemble a salad at the island counter, and sit down to eat around the dining room table.

The bedrooms have TVs and attached bathrooms, including a primary suite with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

Whether you spend your time hiking, mountain biking, or rafting the Colorado River, you'll have a private washer/dryer to help you leave the desert dust behind.

Known and beloved as a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts, Moab will give you an excellent introduction to the beauties of Utah's deserts. Begin your visit with a sunrise hike through Arches, an incredibly photogenic expanse home to landmarks like Delicate Arch, Landscape Arch, and Balanced Rock. Or, head east for the day to Canyonlands, where you can explore the Needles, Island in the Sky, and a gorgeous stretch of the mighty Colorado River.

Come and discover the breathtaking landscapes of Moab - book your stay in this Utah vacation home today!

This house is lovely and in a great location. We stayed here over thanksgiving and the kitchen is really well stocked which made cooking easy. The only complaint about the kitchen is that all of the non-stick pans need to be replaced since they are very scratched up but we found a few stainless steel pieces to use so it was no problem. We also brought some of our own stuff to cook with. The hot tub was great and the view of the mountains is beautiful. The major issue was the mattress in the downstairs bedroom. It really needs to be replaced. It is caved in and way too soft. We stayed for 4 nights and the bed was so uncomfortable that we didn’t sleep very well. I have never had an issue with a mattress in other homes or hotels so I don’t think I am particularly picky but it was pretty bad. Our friends stayed upstairs and said that mattress was fine. It was a bummer since everything else about the place was great but I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.

My family of four had an excellent multi-day stay at Coyote Run. The property was clean and well equipped. Its location just outside of town was perfect. Check-in was easy and convenient.

Nice house and it was clean. The hot tub was good and worked well. Privacy could have been a little bit better with the hot tub.

Everything about this home was absolutely lovely! That each bedroom had its own bath was very much appreciated … plus the half bath was really convenient for our evening times together. The house was very clean and well appointed. Cooking and sharing meals was easy because of the spaciousness. We enjoyed the hot tub (perfect temperature and very clean) and just sitting out on the patio which provided a gorgeous view! Any questions we had were responded to immediately and thoroughly. The location was quiet but close to town and we were able to easily take day trips to Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse and Red Cliffs Lodge. You cannot go wrong staying here!

This house was perfect for our mountain biking vacation in Moab. The house was clean, had all the necessities for a comfortable stay, and plenty of room for parking our 2 pickup trucks and 5 bikes. We hope to rent this house again next year.

The house was in a great location outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown. The large open kitchen and living area was great for our group.

We loved our stay here. Beds and common areas were comfortable. There were generous amounts of basic toiletry needs. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware to prepare meals if you wanted and house was only a short drive to so many restaurants. We had a great stay and would come again.
