This single-level home enjoys a beautiful location in Moab's Rim Village, where it sits within sight of stunning red rock cliffs. You'll be a few hundred yards from the Rim Village outdoor pool and hot tub, six miles south of bustling downtown Moab, and a short and scenic drive from world-class outdoor recreation. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are only 11 miles and 36 miles away, respectively.
Leave your cars in the garage or driveway and step inside to find 1,596 square feet of interior living space, centrally air-conditioned for your comfort. Beneath the living room's lofty ceilings, you can curl up by the gas fireplace (the first of two), stream Netflix favorites on TV, and grab a drink from the minifridge in the bar nook. The living room opens to a lovely farm table for eight, a breakfast bar for two, and a kitchen with every essential (including a dishwasher for easy cleanup).
Another 1,000 square feet of living space await outside on the patio, where you can barbecue on the gas grill, dine with a mountain view, and recount the day's adventures around the gas fire table. When it's time to turn in, leave your clothes in the care of the private washer/dryer and retire to one of three inviting bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite includes its very own gas fireplace, a TV set upon the hearth, and direct access to the patio.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great accommodations for our group of 6 visiting Arches National Park. Wonderful open spaces both outdoors on patio and indoors. Very clean and very comfortable with everything we needed.
Highly recommend. Was a great location for exploring Arches, Canyonlands, and all the area around Moab. House was perfect for older grandparents and children alike.
The property was great - nice location and great views - easy access to the areas we wanted in Moab. Notified the owner about several electrical outlets not working and stains on the living room rug - - outside patio with a gate was great but needed to be cleaned. Was a great place and would consider again.
The condo is exactly as described. Kitchen had everything we needed. I cook my own meals while traveling because I must eat a Gluten Free diet. The kitchen lacked nothing. Bed was comfortable- just a perfect relaxing place to come home to after exploring the National Parks. Highly recommend.
The townhouse was great. Clean, spacious and decorated in Moab type fashion. Loved it.
Very clean property. Great bed. Close to Arches and downtown Moab. Issues: trash compactor did not work. Dishwasher door was hard to open. WiFi was not working on laptop. We texted support and they were quick to respond.
Hubby, 2 dogs and I only stayed 2 nights as we were driving down from Portland (OR) to Houston (TX), it defiantly wasn't long enough - it was a really lovely house, and a great location to get to those fabulous national parks! Defiantly coming back to stay again!
The house was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. There wears more than enough in the kitchen. Outdoor seating and propane fireplace. Large garage. Just a short drive to downtown Moab or to the trails. We loved it.

Everything was as expected. I did call the local people to come clean off the patio as it had been quite windy. They responded quickly and had it all cleaned up.
This property was perfect for our stay during EJS. Ron the owner is incredibly responsive, the unit was perfectly clean and well stocked. The location was perfect and the neighborhood nice and quiet. We have rented other Vrbo in the past and this was by far the nicest of them all! We were so thankful to be able to stay in such a clean and comfortable home during our visit. Everything was well laid out and in perfect working order. We are looking forward to coming back for just a family trip next year to explore the state parks and hope this is still available.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again & recommend location. Owner made sure we had enough information ahead of time to simplify our stay!
