Mountain View Home w/ King Beds & Rooftop Deck

Communication with staff supporting the unit was timely, cordial and informative. Everything was available and in good condition. The living room adjoining the kitchen, with a patio on the back was spacious and allowed good flow of our group. The counters in the kitchen along with the generous table and chairs were perfect for the buffet we planned to celebrate the graduate from CSU. Bedrooms and bedding comfortable. Bathrooms clean and stocked with amenities. The unit was quiet and there was adequate parking. We were pleased.

Home was in an excellent, safe location. Clean and just as shown in photos. Plenty of room for our group with a great rooftop outdoor sitting area.We would stay here again.

View and place was great. But for staying 5 nights one towel and washcloth is not enough. Even with a washer and dryer we did not like having to wash towels every day. And could use some Kleenex in each bathroom would be nice. In the big bathroom the shower didn’t have a self to put the shampoo and soap on it. It was on the floor?????

We loved this modern, clean condo close to town with a lovely view of the mountains in the distance. Three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, made it easy for our families to spread out and enjoy their own space.

Host was unresponsive to our requests and the amenities of the rooftop fireplace was not usable as there was no key to the fireplace. Will not recommend staying with this property management company based on this stay and another stay that falsely advertised their photos.

Great! A key for the back door would have been helpful since that is where the garage and alley parking is. Had a great time, perfect set up for our group. New bath towels are recommended.Would stay again!

Since there were 3 couples, it was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Everything is brand new and nicely decorated. The only problem we had was we couldn't get into the garage-fortunately someone from the management office brought a spare clicker.

My husband, daughter, parents and I enjoyed an absolutely wonderful stay in FOCO. It was a perfect location and beautiful home. Place was close to many breweries, restaurants, and CSU where our daughter attends. Parking was easy. Neighborhood was well kept and safe. Stacey was very easy accessible when I had specific questions about the place. Hoping to come back next year!

This home was perfect for gathering my family for a birthday getaway. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the rooftop deck and fireplace were fantastic. Great for s’mores and sunsets! Nice, quiet location. Back deck was great for morning coffee and dinner. Walking distance to Poudre River trail and quick drive to Old Town. Would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasant and the kitchen was so well equippes

Easy street parking right in front of the house. Piece of cake to get everywhere. My family of five was very comfortable inside. The upstairs fireplace is a great place to sit and look at the mountains. Five out of five stars, would stay again.
