Mountain-view desert oasis with alfresco patio & amazing location

Great place to stay with a large group of friends for a long weekend of biking in Moab. The place was clean and the garage was great to leave the bikes in when going into town. Thanks for hosting a place we could all stay together at!

Great property, kitchen well stocked. Each bedroom had a bathroom attached with plenty of towels. Great long table for game play and loved the patio for grilling and hot tubbing. Fit our needs of a bed to sleep in and kitchen to cook in. Family space wasn't huge for whole group, but we didn't come to Moab for sitting around!

The bedrooms and kitchen gave us everything we needed in those areas. The garage was great for keeping things dry and getting ready for the trails each day. I did not see anything in the amenities about the other parking across the street which was great since we came with 5 vehicles and the on-site parking was only for 4 vehicles.

Great place to have when visiting Arches and Canyonlands. We enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard and also using the grill. We liked how it was outside Moab but also handy to everywhere. I would recommend for family big time

Advertised as new property…so not the case. Property was run down. Good layout. Property needs detailed cleaning and maintenance.

Great place and great location.

Great location - convenient to natl parks and town. Hosts were very responsive. There were 6 of us and we felt we were at limit of comfortableness - only 4 could sit to watch tv unless on the floor but small thing since we didn't watch much tv!

We recently booked this place for a long-weekend stay with family members. The location was convenient - just south of town slightly and very easy access to everything. It is a newer build, which is nice. The two-car garage was handy. We liked the kitchen area and the large dining room table - perfect for 6 adults. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable - great to have 3 bathrooms with 6 adults. Unfortunately, the family room is quite small - not a lot of seating room if you have more than 5 people (especially adults). The patio is convenient, but noisy with neighbors and you can hear the highway traffic. The grill wasn't in the greatest shape and the lighter provided did not work - we had to go purchase a new one. The hot tub was not working either, and I was told upon check-in that we would get a $25/day credit but I have yet to see it. If you plan to stay here and cook meals, make sure to bring anything you need for food storage, including tin-foil for baking or food coverage. We had to purchase these items including another roll of paper towels because we were left w/only a half a roll. Overall, the townhome was very tidy upon arrival. However, on our last day, we found a live roach on the kitchen floor.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was well stocked, clean, and worked perfectly for our family.

Nice clean, newer unit that’s clearly well managed. No issues what so ever.
