Mountain-View Deck: Pet-Friendly Home in Prescott

Perfect place for the weekend.

Great house and neighborhood, safe, walkable, house has woods behind it, with deck and wood burning fire pit. Plenty of parking. Absolutely clean, I can’t say this enough, I’m a clean freak and this place was super clean. Very comfortable, didn’t want for anything as the owners thought of anything you might want (blankets, pillows, shampoo, soaps, games, water bottles).The kitchen is really well stocked, the appliances are easy to use and work flawlessly.It’s roomy, comfortable and cute interior design. The description on vrbo is correct. The owner was immediately accessible when silly me couldn’t find the trash bags. So kind. Thanks for a lovely family stay in “Preskitt”.

Peaceful stay.

Overall this was a great stay. *I do want to make sure anyone staying with a dog knows that the backyard is not fenced in. This would typically not be an issue for us, but every night we were there, there was a large group of javelinas in the neighborhood, primarily stationed between this house and the neighbors. With the yard not being fenced in, we were very uncomfortable taking the dog out to potty at night with the javelinas running through their back yard area. Aside from that, the beds were very comfortable, everyone had their own space and there was enough room for 4 adults to sit comfortably on the couches. More than that would have been a bit overcrowded. Overall clean property, sheets were soft, mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and they provided nice 2 ply toilet paper! The toilet in the hall bathroom did have a couple issues with refilling and we had to be aware of and fix the flap in the tank throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful time meeting up with old friends. The house was well appointed and we had such a pleasant place to be.

My family had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, very well stocked, comfortable beds and spacious for our group of 7. We loved that there were board games to play! The decor is cool and we love the expressions of local charm. The location is perfect and the neighbourhood is nice. We enjoyed the open concept of the home and views from the deck. Check in was easy, communication with the manager was excellent and we would definitely stay again. .

This was our second stay. The house was nicely decorated this time for the holidays and extremely clean. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Sandra responded immediately and got us in. Once again had a GREAT stay!

Cut and clean house tucked in a neighborhood in the hills. Perfect for a weekend getaway out of the heat, with in driving distance of everything attractive about Prescott.
