Stayed Aug 3, 2025We escaped the Florida heat and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The views were incredible, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and the town of Franklin was adorable with plenty going on. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great view, new appliances, very comfortable and clean. Outside fireplace was relaxing. Simple, unassuming home from the outside, but such a cool place to stay overall! As expected in many mountain homes, 1/2 mile drive up can be a little tricky for some small vehicles.
