We had a fantastic week with family members in this property. Well equipped, clean, great B.R, & bath accommodations. We walked to Heavenly several times & had great food at 2 restaurants right across the street from us. We plan to return!

The house is amazing! Very well appointed and it has everything you need.....except a backyard and privacy. This was not a surprise because you can see that on the VRBO listing. Just a heads up. No expense was spared when the owner built the home.

This house was absolutely perfect and the nicest place we have ever stayed. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The location was ideal for shopping and to the lake. Chad's communication and response time was amazing. This place would be perfect for team building retreats or large family gatherings. We will definitely be coming back

This place is incredible and as described, if not better. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect, kitchen is not missing one piece and has everything, and living spaces are spot on, especially the LED TV wall!! Highly recommended!!

Such a great stay! Everything looked exactly like the pictures—clean, spacious, and really well maintained. We had 13 people and still had plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at this wonderful house. I really can not say enough about the house. Very convenient to town. The grocery stores and restaurants are right around the corner. But who needs to eat out with such an awesome kitchen. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the house. We loved all the space the house had to offer. No one seemed to be on top of each other. The water heaters managed to keep up with all the showers had. Lucky for us, we did get a good snowfall while we were there too. The kids loved it. There is also a park close by that we all walked to and had a great snowball fight. Our host Chad was so easy to work with and accommodated us and was so quick to respond to any questions I had. We have talked a bunch about renting this place again. I would rate the house overall with a 10!

Our family gathers every year for Thanksgiving. This house was great for all age groups. We had a great time with lots of choices of things to do. The house is well maintained and comfortable.

Our family of 18 (10 adults and 6 children) had a fantastic experience during our 4 night stay in late June. Enough space for everyone to have privacy but large gathering areas for sharing meals, watching a movie, or game night. Every kitchen appliance and gadget made cooking easy! We all enjoyed our entire stay. Walking distance to lots of activities! Easy check in and check out. The host is very responsive! Photos don’t do justice to the beauty of the home! Hope we can return!

This house was amazing! We had a group of 16 (8 kids and 8 adults) and we had so much space! So many activities to entertain everyone (pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, foosball, pinball, huge TV, etc) and house was stocked with all essentials and appliances you could need. One bedroom/bathroom is on the very top floor, only accessible by outside stairs. Great for privacy, but just be aware incase like us nobody wanted to be outside the main house away from the kids. Also probably good to know in the winter months that you would need to go outside to get to the room! 5 of the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms and 2 had a jack and Jill bathroom connecting them. There were only 2 rooms that shared a hallway bathroom and didn’t have a connecting bathroom. Also if you stay on a Friday night in the summer, the farmers market is literally outside your door! Easy walk to the beach and some restaurants. The only down side to this house is check in and check out times. Check in is super late and check out is early! I wish it was at least an extra hour on both sides.We definitely would stay here again!

We had an amazing time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday with family. The house was such a treat. Perfect in every way. Such great memories for us all.

The property was better than expected, confortable, clean, all amenities functioning well, excellent location, waking distance to the lake, quiet neighborhood, the host available to any request. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to any family wanting to share an unforgettably time.

The house was very spacious. There are ample bedrooms for privacy and large areas for group activities. There were more than required cooking utensils, plates, serving dishes, etc. for our group of 13 over 70 yrs college friends. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and various activities. Communication with the host before and after the visit was clear, which made it easy during check-in and check-out. We'd definitely return.

We are a small software company (9 employees). Our goal was to have a company retreat (1st Annual!) somewhere beautiful, surrounded by things to do but somehow stay under one roof. It was unanimous amongst the group that this was the perfect house for us. Half of our team members brought their spouses so it was important that everyone had their own space, no sharing bedrooms or bathrooms. At this property we had more than enough bedrooms and there were two additional community bathrooms in addition to each couple having their own. We are a competitive group and love game nights. We had a tournament with the table games that are at the house (ping pong, shuffle board, foosball, pinball...) that lasted throughout the weekend and used the giant LED tv wall to do karaoke AND also present for work meetings. This was an incredible first annual retreat for us. Unfortunately I'm guessing its going to be hard to beat. Thank you to our host/s who were very quick and responsive to my questions before hand and during our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

We loved this home! It was perfect for our five families with teenage kids. Everyone had their own space. The kids loved the upstairs game room while the adults enjoyed the main living area. We loved the location close to ski lifts and lake.

This was awesome! Great house and super comfy beds!! Third floor bedroom requires outside deck / steps which did not work well for our group and was snowy ice and we had to shovel as others said too. — only thing I’d note.

Every detail of this house was perfection. There was nothing lacking in the gourmet kitchen. Often times I have to bring additional pans as most places have cheap toxic teflon. This house was equipped with nothing but the best for cooking & entertaining. Open floor plan. The game room was awesome! Huge LED TV, professional pool table, the pinball was a big favorite! The beds & baths were so comfortable. My daughter was getting married and had plenty of room for her & the bridesmaids to get ready. After the wedding we had a celebratory dinner in the dining room that fit all 20 of us. The house is steps or a shuttle away from Heavenly Ski resort and steps away from downtown shopping, restaurants & fun bars. I can't recommend this house enough! Don't let the host scare you away with concerns about noise and parking. He is quite simply very efficient. We were 2 large families making quite a bit of noise but the house is very sound proof...also he was very helpful in letting us know our car was not in compliance as we could have been towed. Up to 7 cars can park both in the garage and driveway but there is also parking on the Main Street. We 100% will be back and highly recommend this house to anyone coming to So. Lake Tahoe. Best trip ever!

We stayed at this house with 4 families and it couldn't have been more perfect. Short drive to Heavenly, but the house had some many amenities we could have stayed in for our whole trip. Chad was easy to communicate with and our stay was incredibly comfortable. We would absolutely book again! We had young children, so the upstairs lounge area was perfect for them to watch movies together while the adults hung downstairs. Loved this place!

The home was in great condition and had lots of space. Chad was responsive. The location was put favorite closer to coffee shops and restaurants.

The snow conditions on the mountain weren’t very good, but thankfully we had this amazing house to come back to. The house really saved the trip in some ways. Great location, amazing video wall, by far the nicest place our group has stayed in 12 years of doing this ski trip.

Spacious property with a great location and many amenities to enjoy your time indoors. We will be back.

The host and this property were amazing. They were fully equipped with everything needed. We cooked a majority of our meals at the house, and we had no problems with not having enough pans/utensils/etc. Since, we visited in December the jacuzzi and sauna were a nice option and both got utilized, especially after a day of snowboarding. The beds were comfortable and if you do have an infant or little one, they have a pack and play for convenience. The place is beautifully decorated, and the pictures represent it perfectly. They even set up a Christmas tree, which really gave a cozy vibe with snow happening all weekend. The house was also very clean. The host was responsive during our stay and even offered for someone to come shovel a pathway for us to the upstairs bedroom. When we visit Lake Tahoe again, we will be staying here again and bringing the whole family. Thank you so much for the best experience.

House is absolutely gorgeous and extremely well stocked. We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday with family and friends and this house was perfect. Chad and team were very responsive and we appreciated the small touches like the fresh flowers. Thank you for an amazing stay!
