Wonderful home with warmth, comfort and nice mountain views The home was immaculately clean and the hosts were engaging and made themselves available. Easy access and a lot of good information available in the info binder. Highly recommend this place for a mountain stay.

The place is nestled at the end of a well gravel road, along the road where other homes sit nicely groomed. The road goes straight to a carport which is by the deck of the property. The outside is nice and clean, so relaxing. Lots of bird feeder and nice butterflies plants. The home was very clean, with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, just all around perfect. I will plan to go back. I would recommend bring a coffee pot if a small 4cup will not quite do it.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Everything was clean and easy to find and use. Our hosts thought of every possible need, and it was provided. We hope to return to this place in the near future.

This place was perfect! Had everything we needed for a short weekend of relaxation. Very clean and modern. We really liked the ease of unloading and reloading our things into and from the house. A heavy rain set in on Sunday and the carport saved us from getting soaked while we loaded our stuff to go home. Location is awesome. Very close to West Jefferson and Boone. We had such a great stay and we had everything that we needed. Our host left snacks for us and a valentine heart with candy.

Host communicating regarding our stay. Quick to respond. The place was very inviting and clean. The hosts seem very thoughtful even down to little things like tissues on both sides of the bed. I know that seems small, but as I was packing to leave it was something I noticed. Loved they had games, books, and I'm from Florida so heat was a concern, but there was no disappointment there! Just follow the instructions from the host, it was dark when we arrived and we did miss the drive, but that was explained in email from the hosts. Definately recommend and plan to return. Enjoy!

We had a fantastic time during our stay while going to the antique festival. The house was exceptionally clean and very nice and comfortable and the area was so quiet. We got to spend some quality time with my son and his wife and had a great weekend. Can’t say enough about our hosts they were extremely nice and very easy to deal with. Great little house for a getaway, highly recommend.

Great mountain property! Really enjoyed the scenery, how well the property was maintained, and the close proximity to nearby towns and the parkway without that hotel or in town feel! Communication up to and throughout my stay was stellar. Top notch hosts! Can’t say enough good things about this property. Enjoyed hikes on Jefferson Mtn and the parkway, as well as some great local dining! Even knocked an item off the bucket list, Zip Lining!! Total blast and will now be on the to do list whenever I get the chance. Boone has gotten more crowded since my last visit years ago. This made this option one I’m sooo glad I picked and will choose again for future stays! Thank you both for a great time! Reset complete until next time…

Donalds property was spotless quiet and cozy, cant beat the value of this property. We grilled hotdogs and our toddlers spent time playing on the deck and under the carport in the gravel. We roasted smores in the firepit. We tracked around a lot but the house was always great and comfortable to come home and unwind in. Donaly answered every question we had and gave is directions to a stream for the kiddos to wade in. We will be booking again as we are regular visitors to the area.

Property owners thought of everything anyone could need, Property owners really care about the people that rent their property. I have rented a lot of properties around the area over the past twenty years and I will say this is the most beautiful and cleanest property not to mention the furniture is very comfortable. I give these folks a ten star review.

We rented this home in Fleetwood over the weekend while we attended the App State football game. The home was very clean and well stocked, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to West Jefferson and Boone to see all these towns have to offer. Our stay was perfect. The place was very clean and everything met or exceeded our expectations. The location is very central and we only found ourselves driving 20-25 minutes to all of our destinations in the area. Highly recommend!
