- The home also includes a two-car garage with plenty of room for cars, skis, and bikes.

- Bedroom 2 – Queen suite with ensuite bath

- Bedroom 3 – Queen bed + Full/Full bunk, ensuite bath

- Bedroom 4 – Twin bed + Twin/Twin bunk, ensuite bath



- Bonus In-Law Suite (optional) – King bed + bunk, plus private living room & kitchen, available for $500/night

*Note: If not reserved, the homeowner may occasionally use the in-law suite on weekends.*

- Pets: Not allowed

- Smoking: Not allowed (fee applies if violated)

- Check-In: Flexible with advance notice

- The home should be reasonably tidy upon checkout. Fees apply for not complying to checkout rules.

- We understand the urge to move furniture, kitchen items, etc. to fit your needs. Please put everything back in its original place upon checkout.

- Exterior security camera is located near the garage/driveway and record the exterior area for property security; it does not record inside the home.
