Stayed Feb 7, 2025Two families of 4, with kids all aged 5-9, had a great experience here. The home is cozy, lived in (in a good way), and very well appointed for our needs. We wanted a warm, comfortable home, slightly removed from the bustle of Route 16 but still convenient to the mountains and attractions. We did not want or value some of the perks that come with luxury slope side accommodations. So, this home was perfect for us. Oversized mud room a HUGE plus in winter months. Bedrooms were comfortable for parents. Kids zone basement was just perfect for our little ones. Overall, it felt like the North Conway I grew up around -- frankly, I can't believe a quiet residential street like this still exists, given all the development up and down Route 16. We would - and probably will - come back, feeling comfortable that this property works very well for our family and friends.
