Mountain Chic Retreat (Entire Home)

Poorly maintained property - inside and out. Many broken appliances and a window. Worst of all, the property was not cleaned from previous renters upon arrival.

advertised in reviews -air conditioning, no central air had portable units inside home with tubes vented outside windows no screens had to buy duct tape to keep tubes in place One of the garbage disposals not working looked under sink wires exposed not in electrical box, shoty construction work though out house, upstairs deck no fencing very dangerous, fire pit was a disaster full of junk in & around pit, cactus & knee high weeds all over Issue with very hot water in upstairs bathroom For the price of 900 per nite very dissatisfiedI'd look elsewhere

Beautiful property with amazing vistas. The kitchen and bathrooms are wonderful! So relaxing! We didn’t have to eat a single meal in a restaurant because cooking at home was so simple. We will definitely be back!

Misleading- we never took occupancy.

We stayed at the property for1 month and enjoyed it immensely. We were concerned about the commute to Aspen and Snowmass but the drive was so scenic that it was never an issue. Two of the bedrooms are quirky. At one point we had 4 adult couples that offered a challenge. One bedroom is bunk beds ideally designed for children. The 4th bedroom is a queen size bed that is bordered by three walls similar to accomodations you would find in a boat. The rest of the home was fantastic.

Beautiful view and convenient location between Aspen and Glenwood Springs. Quiet neighborhood up on a hill. Fun decor. Once things come together more it’ll be an amazing vrbo, such as being able to use the larger upper deck. It would have been nice if the outside metal lawn furniture had cushions and if the floor (both levels) and kitchen drawers were cleaner. It’s a little disorganized but it’s a cute funky place that was fun to stay in.

Visiting Carbondale area for a Summer Solstice wedding

This property was spectacular. It was nice to be out of busy Aspen. But close enough to attend cultural events and dine. Also close enough to enjoy the hot springs in Carbondale and Glenwood Springs. This is a very family & pet friendly property. You feel secluded, Surrounded by panoramic views, but have a Whole Foods 6 miles down the mountain, from the home. A Team Estates was efficient and helpful in executing our stay. There are a few punch list items as mentioned to be finished, but nothing that would affect your stay. The home is very well appointed. Professional designer caliber with beautiful finishes. We will be back!
