Stayed Aug 28, 2025Great location. The yard needs care. The home needs a tankless hot water heater if going to accommodate more than two people showering.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is excellent, tucked back in a quiet cove on the lake, making it a great spot for relaxing. The management company was also very responsive in addressing a few significant issues we found upon arrival.That said, the property could benefit from a refresh and lots of updates. Many deck boards need replacing, and the steps to the dock felt unsafe. Inside, drawers and cupboards need to be cleaned out so they’re ready for guests, and we ended up washing all the dishes before using them. Furniture was worn and floors were dirty. With a bit of maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this could be a nicer rental.

Reviewer Comments: We drove 12 hours to Osage Beach only to find out that our condo was double booked. They worked with us late at night to find a place to stay and took care of any issues we found very quickly. House was cozy and in a quiet part of the lake.
