Morro Bay Heights Home with Amazing Ocean and Rock Views!

The house was very clean. Everything was extremely comfortable. The view from the deck was awesome.

This was our third time at this location and we love it.

Great layout and well maintained. Easy access to golf course and local trails.

Spectacular deck and view, soft towels, comfortable beds, all on one level. WiFi too weak in back bedrooms for work but otherwise great.

This was a very nice place to stay and I plan to keep it on my list of best spots. The view from the backyard deck is incredible and was a highlight of the visit. The host had special accents like excellent bedding and towels that made the visit special.

The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The shower pressure and water temperature were very good, and the bed was reasonably comfortable.Access was via a lock box and physical key, which felt dated. The home also had a noticeable older or musty smell. The kitchen and family room are extremely dated and appear untouched for decades, with original finishes and cabinetry that significantly impacted the overall feel of the space.While the location had positives, the home was not a good fit for us, and we would not choose to stay again.

Very well equipped. Had everything you'd want. And amazing location, especially if you are interested in kayaking the estuary (just a walk away) or heading to montana de oro for the tide pools.

This was our second stay. We love the house, the location and the view! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home! A bit older decor, but very nice and well kept up. Very quiet neighborhood. Great floorplan for a family visit, and an amazing deck view of the bay....view is good from most of the house. My only complaint is that my king size bed was a bit soft, kinda swallowed me up I prefer a firm mattress. Fantastic home base for a visit to the central coast!

Loved the 3 sliding glass doorsafe for a beautiful view and huge deck with plenty of seating and large table for dining outdoors.

The place is beautiful, just my style. I love the retro/vintage feel of this house. My best friend from 50 years ago get together once a year and I stumbled across your place. It’s a perfect place to hide away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas and wonderful to be out of the heat. I would definitely recommend and return to this house in Morrow Bay. The only thing I would suggest is a TV in the other bedrooms. Thank you for sharing and cheers to whoever lucks out and spends some time there. The back deck is just amazing. Thank you again.

Beautifully maintained property and home. Clean, comfortable and convenient! We loved the large deck with gorgeous views of Morro Rock and the ocean. The Single story with no stairs was great for us ladies. We would definitely stay there again.

We would have liked to have stayed longer. The home was welcoming and comfortable, and the view from the terrace marvelous.

This Home has very spacious rooms and fantastically equipped for cooking. Cooked and ate Christmas dinner there. We appreciated the use of the laundry facilities, and use of the garage if we needed it. Also, we needed the ample off-street parking. The foggy weather made it somewhat difficult to locate, but we made it. We were not able to make use of the deck because of fog/rain, but the view was great.Also we appreciated the central heat because it does sometimes get cold in California. Finally, the facility was very clean. That is very much appreciated.

Property is in an excellent neighborhood, great views. Spacious with excellent beds. Kitchen dated & tired, bathrooms dated and small. Actually, only two bathrooms unless you like going into the garage for the 3rd toilet & sink. One major short fall is the heating system. only radiant electric wall units (no fans) and unheated lower level resulting in extremely cold floors and space. Had a couple of space heaters but limited effect. Does have wood fireplace but need to provide your own wood. Owner should consider installing a dual zone split system for living area. Bedrooms okay (cool sleeping) balance of house very uncomfortable. Would stay again but lower my expectation.

Excellent view of Morro Bay and Morro Rock from deck. Deck extends full length of house. Truly a photographer’s joy! We will be back.

We loved our stay! The house was very comfortable and well stocked. The location was wonderful. The deck was so big and nice. The view was exceptional!!!!! We hope to come back!

We stayed in this property for 4 nights last week and it was perfect for 4 adults in town to quickly and easily enjoy the Morro Bay/Rock/Wharf scene, San Simeon (Hearst Castle), Pismo and Avila Beaches, and Cal Poly and Downtown SLO. The interior is a little dated, but everything works well, the kitchen is fabulously stocked for cooking, and the huge deck with new BBQ and incredible sunset views more than made up for that. We would eagerly rent here again.

Home was in a great location. Close to grocery, downtown Morro Bay, restaurants and the Rock. Easy drive to Hearst Castle and the elephant seal nature beach. It was a wonderful place with ample room for spreading out or enjoying time together.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this Morro Bay property. It was very well appointed and the views from the patio were excellent. We plan to stay again next year, but for a longer period of time.

House had perfect location, quiet neighborhood, clean and great view. Would stay again.

Important to let guests know that driveway access has steep curb that scratches bottom of lower sedan vehicles.
