Moose Hollow...A beautiful and unique cabin on the shores of Lake Superior

Such a lovely, peaceful spot. The cabin is in a great location (near parks, Grand Marais, grocery stores, trails). We ate breakfast at the picnic table next to the lake every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, and the cabin was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Very clean, well equipped home with a nice kitchen and great fireplace. Wonderful views of sunrise over the lake.

The cabin was clean and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the location and having our own “private” beach. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen had all the things we needed to be able to cook and enjoy many meals at the cabin. The kids loved jumping in the waves and collecting rocks. We took a family adventure along the beach to the waterfall.

Absolutely fabulous. We have stayed at numerous places up and down the North Shore and this is by far one of the best. The huge windows, the view alone is wonderful. Super comfortable beds, great kitchen. The outdoor patio and fire pit in the access to the water is just excellent. Great location for getting to many of the hiking trail parking.

This was our second stay at Moose Hollow. We love this place! Great sunrises, lake views from the fire ring. Easy on and off the bike trail to Grand Marias. All the imenities you would expect and more! Can't wait to get back here!

Loved the cabin- loved the location. The views were wonderful, the drive to GM was quick, the cabin was lovely and we had a great time. Would book again!

Love this cabin! Very clean and great layout. Especially enjoy the sitting room to sit and read with a view of the lake. Also love the great fire pit area. This was our second time there.

This is our 4th time at Moose Hollow, and we love it so much. We hope to be back in 2026 to celebrate another birthday.

Wonderful property! We especially loved how it was on the end and we had our own private spot. We were even able to walk/climb to a waterfall nearby and swim.

Lovely home perfect for two couples or a group. Gathering space was really comfortable. View is priceless.

Moose Hallow is a beautiful cabin that is tucked away and full of the amenities needed for a few days in the woods. The area along the lake is amazing! We loved having a campfire and being right on the water. Listening to the waves at night was so peaceful. Walking along the shore was fun and just sitting and soaking up the sun was perfect. Highly recommend this cabin. We loved it.

A beautiful property located right on the lake and walkable 3 miles from Grand Marais. A lovely Lake Superior shoreline with access to rock climbing, hiking, and lovely spots for lake viewing. Comfortable beds, large windows, and a well appointed kitchen. beds,

We loved every minute of our stay (4 nights). The house is so beautiful, right on the lake. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the picnic table on the shore of the lake. We actually did not have enough time to fully take advantage of all the quiet nooks of the house. The place totally surpassed our expectations and we hope we can come back! We loved getting away for a few days to enjoy the peace and beauty of Grand Marais. Can't wait to come back again!

Very nicely finished interior, spacious bedrooms. Kitchen decor very nice, most basics present. Only 1 shower, but it's workable for how many the house fits. Outdoor setting is wonderful. Nice fire area, nice patio area, and a really short walk to a very inviting beach. Little disappointing to not have any charcoal provided nor any wood set out for the fire area. Overall, I'd stay again without hesitation.
