Very hot with no aircon

Everything was thought of. I brought extra supplies but didnt need them.

Older style place but super well equipped with high quality kitchen gear and utensils, great BBQ, comfy furniture and beds. We also locked ourselves out and the hosts drove from Perth with spare key key for us. The respose was super quick and so generous. I was fulky expecting to have to drive to get a key. Great communication and really well priced for the location and style of property.

Great older style place that’s has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay close to the beach. Loved the rustic feel with gorgeous trees in the backyard which are constantly filled with birdlife. Had the biggest BBQ I’ve seen. Absolutely recommend for couples and families.

First time staying with Stayz. Enjoyed our time in Moore River. House had everything you needed.

Really well appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and pleasant natural lighting and airflow. Would highly recommend.

Yea it was a great stay

Kitchen ok. Had to go and buy water and coffee and milk. Be good to have essentials like coffee and a small uht milk in fridge.Teabags in pantry were 4 year's out of date.Had a lot of millepdes in my room last night on floor ceiling and walls.Was clean enough but I think overpriced for a very old house that needs some TLC. Waking people up walking around on the very creeky floorboardsThanks for the stay.

Great for a relaxed family getaway. Only a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you would need is provided. I would recommend.

Our family had a great 3 night visit during the winter holidays. The property is an older beach house, but very comfortable (particularly with a well set up kitchen). We got the DVD working (further to an earlier review). Use AV2 rather than AV1…Don’t forget to bring bedding and towels - aside from this, you’ll have everything on hand. There is a pedestal heater rather than a gas heater or fire. The location is towards the northern end of the dog beach, walking distance from the lookout and inlet. The property is definitely worth a visit.

Great location, very cute, very well equipped kitchen but the dvd player didn’t work.

Property has ant problem. House needs restumping as house feels on a lean. Also an aircon would be good. Limited parking especially if you have a boat.

It was definitely a beach shack. It had what we needed which was nice. We felt the property was a bit neglected, rundown and slightly hazardous. Otherwise we had a good time.

Basic home lots of sleeping but really needed aircon with 2 over 40 degree days. Everything else was great would definitely stay again when a bit cooler.

Property was in a great, quiet location. Would be the perfect house for family and Grandkids trip later in the future.

Great little hideaway. Although basic, had everything we needed to relax. Easy walking distance to the foreshore area (and country club, but didn’t realise that until we drove there!)

a short family trip to Guilderton The house whilst rustic and reasonably basic was just what we needed. Everyone felt very relaxed, the house was clean and had everything you could need from a pizza cooker to board games. Loved it, we’ll be back.

Lovely little family house with everything you need. Walking distance to river and beach. Had plenty of beds for our four children, plus more.

Needs a lot of work done on the house looks like a lot of unfinished work parts of roof had gaps no wifi was a killer good location with work done on the house it could be a little gem

It was a rustic cottage with everything you need. It was great for the 5 of us with plenty of room and being able to bring our fur baby along was the best! There is everything you need in the kitchen to cook up a storm. We played the games and kept nice and warm with the heaters. Beds were comfy. There is no outside perimeter fencing but if you keep your dog on a lead when outside it’s fine. It could use more lighting outside though. Location is good, just walk down the street to the dog beach and a little further in the opposite direction to the roadhouse. Communication from Mark and Julie was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here, there was so much out door space for the kids to run and play. Great location and communication from the owners was very quick and easy. Great location and plenty of space for the whole family. Would definitley stay again.
