Most of the time pictures are very deceiving, but this home was exactly as pictured. The management company was very responsive and helpful when needed. We only had minor complaints, one was we wanted throw blankets so we could lounge comfortably to watch TV etc and the second was one of the rooms on the second floor didn’t have storage that was well planned. However, this is no fault of the homeowner as it is just the way the room was built. We would love to rent this home again!!! Perfection to say the least! The design was stunning, the beds were comfortable, the back courtyard and pool area was just the cherry on top! You’d be crazy to not rent this home for your family!

Great house and location

We found this house to have beautiful decor, amazing space on the first floor including outside area, and perfect location to town and beach…..we love to have a pool for our large family and this was the largest and most comfortable pool , utilized the hot tub daily as we were there in “off season”. Would choose Moonsteuck again and again !

My husband and I and our kids and their families loved staying at Moonstruck cottage and carriage house!! Our family has been visiting this beach for 8 years and this was our favorite house we’ve ever stayed in. We loved having our own pool and hot tub and hanging out on the huge patio together. It had plenty of comfortable seating and cozy party lights. It was also a comfort to us that all of the doors leading to the pool and patio had alarms to warn us if any little ones went outside. We liked that the pool was lit at night too. We paid extra to have the pool heated and are so glad we did. It would heat at night and cool during the day. The temp was perfect! Everyone agreed that the beds and linens were very comfortable and luxurious. The soaker tub in the main floor master bathroom was a wonderful treat at the end of the day. The beach was only a short walk to the end of our street and we never felt crowded on it. With such a large group, it was helpful to have two dishwashers and an under counter ice machine. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and silverware. We took advantage of the large gas grill outside. Families with small children should be aware that both the top floor bunk rooms and the tower with seating are accessed by spiral staircases (not ideal for little ones). We were pleasantly surprised to find a ping pong table and corn hole boards to enjoy along with the complimentary bikes. We will definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Amazing girls weekend getaway where everyone had a bed they could have slept in all day, but the pool was calling along with the gourmet kitchen and short walk to Rosemary Beach shops. Really could not have asked for a better location and the appreciate the responsiveness of the agency.
