Stayed Aug 30, 2020The house is a 3-bedroom with a bonus upstairs room with a couple additional beds, on a quiet street right by a marina on a river. We loved the kayak and sailboat access, and the beach was an easy drive. Would recommend this house.

Stayed Aug 9, 2020The house was cozy and clean. Mark was there when we reached there and even when we left. He had kept the house well-equipped with the stuff like dishwasher tablets, liquids etc. The marina was pretty close to walk to, would have been nice to have the view from the house. The online listing was confusing but when I called Mark he clarified that is 3 bedrooms and not 5 as stated on the site. Everything was close by. The stay was relaxing.
