Monthly rental getaway on lake LBJ

The host was very prepared to answer questions or offer assistance whenever needed.I have a few complaints. The TVs did not work (Frustrating). Even my cousin, who is an IT specialist at a major company, couldn't get them to work. I wanted to watch the news and football!! Additionally, there was no coffee available, and it would have been helpful to know this in advance. The lighting on the exterior stairs and front door steps is dull. My husband tripped at the front door and cut his arm. Dirty dishes were stored under the bar area. Water flow in the master bath sink next to the shower is extremely slow. Extra blankets are needed in the unit.Sorry, so many complaints, however, thought it is needed to maintain the property for the cost!

Great place to stay - plenty of room for the 8 of us and plenty to do without even leaving the property. Would for sure stay again.

We enjoyed the house! Loved that it was off the main strip on the lake which allowed us to pull off and swim were it's calm. We came on Labor Day weekend...VERY BUSY! The house was great but I didn't think of the stairs when I first booked it. We were fine with them (in our 50's) but our 70 parents did struggle some. There was a bathroom on the ground level...and this helped! The main bedroom was at the top of another flight of stairs. My first plan was to give the master to my parents, but they passed on it when they saw they had to climb another flight of stairs. lol! Besides that, the place was GREAT! Comfortable, close to store (HEB) and restaurants! We loved the back patio up top and the one under the house. Having the paddle boards were a lot of fun too! Loved our stay!!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property and we absolutely love it! it's the perfect size for our family and offers all the amenities one could ask for.The owners are the ultimate hosts and go out of the way to make sure your stay is perfect! Can't wait till next summer. We will be back!

We came to Kingsland for the weekend and stayed at this property. It was close to everything, clean, and right on the water. Would definitely recommend to families!

We loved the kayaks, hot tub, SUP and hot tub! Had fun fishing right from the bank and from kayaks. Relaxing property and plenty of space for our teens to hang out and something for everyone to enjoy.

Would definitely stay again! The hot tub, sauna and fire pit were great!

We had a great Thanksgiving at Lake LBJ. They have everything. Well equipped kitchen, calm cove, dock, fishing gear, kayaks, sauna, hot tub, fire pit, grill. Very clean and comfortable inside and outside. Also plenty of parking area for our vehicles and boat trailer.

Everything was great and host communicated quickly.

This was our second stay here. The home is super clean, the host very responsive and helpful, and it has a nice pier on a quiet cove for tying up the boat. There is a boat ramp, literally across the cove. This is a great place to stay. We hope to go back again.

We found the property to be very well maintained, communication with the owners was available and timely, and the fees and rules were as reasonable as we have seen. We recommend this destination.

The house was in an amazing location. We had a great weekend and really enjoyed this house. Perfect size for two families with kiddos. We spent the majority of our time outside enjoy the downstairs hang out area and hot tub.

Just off an inlet to lake LBJ, you could not ask for a better location for access to Kingsland and access to Lake LBJ via boat. All of the facilities were top notch and easily accessible. The owners were very quick to respond to any queries. Lastly the Internet service was top notch allowing us to do work as necessary
