Enjoy all that Monterey Peninsula has to offer while staying at our brand new home! Located on a quiet street in upper Seaside just minutes away from all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Perfect for families, couples, work stays or a getaway! Plenty of sunshine year round, this comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a fully stocked kitchen. The home has all new furnishings and linens! All three rooms have flat screen T.V.s with cable and have access to our wifi network. The home has a twocar garage and can fit two cars in driveway. The backyard is private and fenced with seating and BBQ, hot tub and ping pong!

For your protection and ours we have a security system on the property with two cameras on the front of the home. Next to the house on the other side of the fence is an ADU that we rent out to a traveling, nurse.
I will be available to answer any question you may have while staying at our property. Just 4 houses away is a very small park.

My husband and I are both are lifetime residents of Monterey and want you to enjoy this piece of paradise that we call home!

Before you arrive you will be given a code to enter the property with a keyless entry.
