The space
This welcoming coastal retreat offers four spacious bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms, each designed with comfort in mind. Every bedroom features luxurious memory foam mattresses and pillows, ensuring a peaceful and restorative night’s sleep.

Take in breathtaking ocean views from multiple vantage points throughout the home, and enjoy the charm of the beautifully maintained front, side, and backyard gardens. Two of the modern bathrooms feature bidets for added comfort, along with premium, all-natural shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Entertainment is effortless with smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Outside, the inviting front, side, and backyard decks offer serene spaces to unwind. Fire up the BBQ grill, and choose between indoor or outdoor dining—each accommodating up to twelve guests.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Enjoy the backyard BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and gatherings. For added convenience, the driveway features a Level 2 EV charger, compatible with both Teslas and J1772-equipped vehicles.
Other things to note
There is an attached unit on the property that is completely separate from the main house. It remains blocked off for privacy, though it can be accessed through its own exterior entrance and has its own private bathroom.

Please note that the hot tub onsite is not available for guest use. It is permanently out of service, so we kindly ask that you refrain from inquiring about it during your stay.

    A big improvement would be to have an information sheet or welcome packet to help renters with basic information. Couldn’t find washer and dryer (it was in a garage used for storage with a door code); couldn’t find disposal switch (it was behind a refrigerator); one bedroom had sliding door that didn’t lock (curtain rod in track). Ants found on kitchen counter. Rooms were nice and beds were nice. Little improvements will go a long way to making this 4-5 star.

    Overall the location and space was great. House was fully equipped and well stocked with little need to bring anything. Lots of sleeping spaces with the attached ADU. Good value overall and I would go back again. That being said, the washing machine for laundry had mold and garage was not available for parking. ALL smoke and CO detectors were removed. Literally every single hard wired unit was removed. Smart TV in the living room did not work. Even with those issues I felt it was worth it.
