Montecito Compound With Beautiful Swimmers' Pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at his beautiful property. Our hosts were terrific, easy to reach out to and likewise checked in to see if we had questions or needed anything. The home was very comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The pool and gardens are gorgeous. We used the pool and/or jacuzzi and ate outside on the patios every day. It's a very nice residential area and there is shopping only a mile or two down the road. We would definitely recommend it and keep it high on the list for a return.

We had such a fun family vacation, much in part due to this rental. The home was just what we were hoping for and a perfect fit for our family. With three young children we needed space, which this home provided, along with a fun yard, great pool, and couldn't be more centrally located! The management team was great to work with, very friendly and accommodating. We are very much looking forward to renting this home again next summer, and highly recommend it to anyone interested in that area!

We wanted some place special for my finance's birthday. We both love California and have spent a lot of time in Sonoma. This time we decided to head to Santa Barbara County for wine and hiking. We chose the Santa Barbara/Montecito are as the perfect base - near great food and town but a short hope to wilderness and wine. The area did not disappoint and the house was incredible. The owner Catherine is a delight to deal with and her home was a welcome respite for us. We enjoyed grilling our local farmer's market finds outside and dining on the patio. The pool and hot tub area were where we spent a lot of time with our close friends - chilling, swimming reading and relaxing. We loved the completely detached pool house area and a separate bedroom was attached to the garage. We did not use most of the space as there we just four adults. But we thought the layout would be perfect for us to return for a summer getaway with our four kids! Catherine, we will be back to your charming house.

My family stayed that this wonderful home in Hedgerow last summer, and we truly enjoyed the property. The home's layout is perfect for vacationeers, and the furnishing are restful and cheery. We love the location of the house (close to the beach, the upper and lower villages of Montecito, and great family hiking and biking trails), and the pool is delightful! Definitely planning a return visit.
