Just a two minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Coast Village Road and Upper Village Montecito for all your dining and shopping needs. Please note that train runs through the beach community in Montecito and Santa Barbara so you should expect to hear the train periodically.

Great house for a family get together over Christmas holiday week. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for eating in. Less than 5 minute drive to downtown Montecito and all the restaurants and shops. Short walk down a quiet street to the beach - we enjoyed beach walks every day and a beautiful sunset on New Years Day.
