Mohave Valley, River front, beach, water view, pickleball

We loved being right on the river. Although it was too hot to play pickleball it looks like a great space. Loved the tiered space down by the water. We sat on the swing every morning enjoying the quiet with a coffee & book & loved the sunsets in the evening. The covered patio by the beach was very nice for shade. The dock was great to be able to access the boat in the morning & park it in the evening at the end of a long day without having to take it out of the water. The current could be a little strong at times but we tied it down well & no problems. We were disappointed to have to take the boat to launch at Jack Smith due to the steepness of the launch ramp at the property but very happy to have the dock. The house was great. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms although the bunkbed was close to the ceiling & not safe with the fan on. Our young adults felt a little claustrophobic. We loved all the space in the living room for everyone to gather. A few more supplies in the kitchen would have been nice like a crockpot, can opener, casual drinking cups, more silverware but we made due. And the front porch was nice to sit in the morning & evening with the fans. There was plenty of parking on the gravel for cars & the trailer next to the house. The owners were good at getting back when messaged & also friendly when saw in person. Oh & their dog was sweet & very friendly. Location on the river was perfect & easy to get to & felt very safe in the neighborhood with all the gates.

Perfect location on the river, extremely clean, the owners couldn’t have been any kinder or more helpful. An absolute gem of a spot. Our family had the best time.

This property needs owners allowed us to enjoy one of our favorite family vacations ever! Just a great layout and very accommodating. Everything is like new and done as if it was your own home. Can't wait to go back!

Nice Place, hosts are kind and have an awesome ice machine

I almost don't want to say how good this place is because I don't want anyone else to find it!! Our family had such an awesome time at this property. The property is set up so perfectly, with a sandy beach with 2 shaded cabanas, dock, launch ramp, awesome lighted pickleball court, grass yard, and plenty of parking for all your toys. The house is super clean and well taken care of. There are 2 private gates to get to the property, so everything is secure. The owner Rick happened to be there with his super cool dog Rocco, and the dog was the highlight of the kids trip. We asked them on the drive home what their favorite part of the trip was and they all said Rocco, we miss him already! Rick was beyond friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again!

We absolutely loved this place. The owner Rick happened to be there vacationing, and he made the trip perfect. Just a really good guy... I do want to state that they recommend not using the private launch ramp, and I 100% agree. They are doing it for your safety. If you have never launched directly into the mighty Colorado then I HIGHLY recommend going across the bridge and launching at the public ramp.

It was perfect! Owners were ready to lend a hand when needed. We felt like we were at home with all the things. Even ice whenever we needed. Their dog Rocco was an unexpected bonus. Delicious organic cookies for our 3-year-old grandson was a treat ?. And late checkout was very welcome and helpful. Would stay there again and again ? Thank you!

It was awesome. Had a great amenities and wonderful, clean house, and a great dock and beach to swim on owners were friendly and helpful.
