This is the most beautiful vacation property I’ve ever been to. The service from the management company was good before and during the stay. We will return!

Loved the history of the cabin and land. The cabin was perfect for us to relax indoors and outdoors, especially needed this weekend. Enjoyed wondering around the property as we love the outdoors. The bed was comfortable, bathroom well appointed and all amenities was perfect.

Very quite. Loved seeing the longhorns & all the wildlife. Beautiful place.

It is not easily accessible for elderly; Faucet handle in kitchen did not stay on; shower faucets seemed to be put o backwards; The smell of the water was awful; LR furniture not super comfortable. We were hoping to utilize the home a little more for rest, but took opportunity to explore and enjoy the beautiful view

Nice place, lovely landscape. Grass was knee high off the porch. No wash cloths, bath mats or hand towels. Ran out of toliet paper and paper towels, second day One small soap for bathing and washing hands. Two conditioners no shampoo. Internet out we had to be up early for the internet repair person. The electric gate is broken. Management company very difficult to work with. Will not rent again.

This was the perfect spot for a peaceful couples get away. Close to distilleries and breweries but secluded and very private.

Wife and I enjoyed 2 nights at this highly secluded place. Each end of the house had a master bedroom and bathroom with walk-in showers. Porches with rockers allows for a peaceful time talking and laughing. My wife even had the longhorn steers eat from her hand!

Three of us with 2 small dogs spent the weekend here. The location is quiet but close to many activities and dining. We used this as a base to go to Wimberly Market Day. The yard is fenced and the dogs were very happy to run in the yard without a leash. The house is very clean and all we needed was in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning and evenings. We hope to return soon.

Small and remote! Definetly peaceful and quiet! Tex and Rex were a added bonus! Wildlife enjoyable! The bedrooms are over the top comfortable! The rental itself could use some tender loving care but nothing significant!

Loved our stay in this historic ranch house! Large bedrooms and baths. Comfortable beds and furniture. Sitting on the porch and watching a longhorn and her calf was simply magical. Hope to return soon!

Literally out in cow pasture, bed rooms were very nice and comfy, place was clean and easy to stay. Would highly recommend for folks trying to get some time away.

Amazing house comfortably furnished located amid a large wooded area. We enjoyed the quiet, the longhorn cattle, and the parcel of deer. Canyon Lake is a very nice town and we look forward to visiting again when possible

As a native Texan, I highly recommend this place for a true taste of the Texas Hill Country lifestyle! Remotely tucked away with so many amenities nearby, it’s easy to get what you’re looking for in a heartbeat with the option to hideaway from the world as much as you want. Love this little cabin in the country! Sweet quaint homey space in the middle of Texas ranch land with plenty of siting of deer and the resident Longhorn. We loved every minute we stayed. ?
