Very clean house and was perfect for our stay!

The house was spotless and very comfortable for our family who was in town for a wedding. This was our second stay in this home and we'll be back again!

We were very happy with the house. As soon as we walked in we noticed how clean it was. Very spacious, comfortable beds and perfect location for shopping and going to TTU. The communication with the owner was great. We will definitely look at this property first to rent from when coming to Lubbock.

This is a wonderful home in a great neighborhood. The owner has made great efforts to make sure you have everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Wes was very accommodating, we had planned this trip for January of this year but due to the snow that was predicted for Lubbock. Wes let us reschedule our visit for a later time with no problem. We made this trip so that my mom could visit relatives that she has not seen for about 2 years. We usually stay at hotel but have found that rentals are a better option for us. This is home is definitely high on our list for making a return stay for future visits to Lubbock

This property was beautiful. Clean, new and in a quiet neighborhood. Checkin was easy, and all information was clearly communicated. The hosts were very accommodating. We are in town often and will be staying again.

It was honestly amazing. It was clean nice I couldn’t ask for anything better.

We really enjoyed staying at the house and visiting with our college grad.

We booked Modern West Texas VRBO to accommodate a family weekend trip for the TTU/BU Football Game this past weekend (Oct.18-20) Location, quality and value were excellent! Great house, great location, everything was on point; have it booked again for a tech game in November

This home is in a newer neighborhood situated near retail shopping, convenience stores, banking, and restaurants. It's only a 15 minute drive to activities at TTU. It is a perfect base of operations for a family staying in Lubbock. The home is as comfortable for a few days as it would be for a few weeks. The home is equipped with gas stove (personal fav) and a number of kitchen appliances, making it possible to prepare any of your favorite dishes on the spot. Morning coffee was right at our fingertips. The icemaker was empty (not working?), but the home owner left a full bag of what we call Sonic ice, so we had ice for our drinks. The neighborhood was quiet with little outside activity, but perhaps that's just late July in Lubbock. All things considered, this home was a pleasure to stay in. It was very roomy, clean and modern. The house rules were few and straight forward. I can think of only two small issues: We found only one towel in the ensuite bath and the two family members who slept in the bedroom closest to the front door said the mattress was uncomfortable to them.

Comfortable

This is a nice newly built home within a new subdivision surrounded by new schools being built. My son has recently moved into the area and house was within walking distance to visit with grandchildren. We are an older couple who used VRBO for the first time. EASY. On our next visit, if this house is available we would use it again.
