Modern, waterfront home with private pool, dock, balconies, central AC, and WiFi

Idk if there was anything i loved About this stay. Something sharp at the top of the stairs, ants everywhere in kitchen, when starting oven it would fill the living room and kitchen with gas, grill on patio (disgusting). Pool did not look like pics and seemed dirty, hair in master shower. No closet in master. No service, wifi was TERRIBLE. Idk why someone would put the router inside a closet. Only 10 miles from port a but took 30-45 mins to get there.

The home was well stocked and VERY clean. The community of St. Charles Bay was great. We walked around it every morning and saw dolphins from the pier! They swam right up to us. Would definitely stay at this home again. Guest support was amazing. Very quick replies, both from corporate and the local team. Thank you for all the support! Highly recommend this home and Vacasa.

The house was the perfect layout for 2 families with children. The pool was an added bonus when the adults wanted to relax on the back patio. We loved having access to the community kayaks, fishing pier and boardwalk. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was made easy and personable. The home was beautiful, location was perfect. The neighborhood is very safe! Not once did we feel uncomfortable. We loved having a pool!! We would stay here again!

We booked this property from Sunday to Sunday. We intended on cooking instead of going out to eat constantly. The freezer wouldn’t seal so there was frost all over everything and the gas oven wouldn’t ignite. I have a gas range in my own home so I’m aware of how to use these. It literally filled the kitchen up with gas. There was a tiny toaster and we tried to use but it constantly burned everything. Although the kitchen was pretty it wasn’t functional. The pool was nice although there was construction we weren’t told about so the outside was unsightly. Lots of mosquitoes at the front door I would highly suggest that the leasing company spray this property bc they all flew in when we opened the front door. The WiFi was weak and my family brought games to play on the Switch. The topper was the very top of the stair case it has little nails or tacks sticking up right under the carpet. We all stepped on it a handful of times before we learned to take a giant step. Also, the kitchen came with 1 roll of cheap 1 ply paper towels and there was 7 left on the roll for us. We bought stuff to cook on the outdoor grill and it was disgusting and dirty. Pretty sure it’s never been cleaned. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. We love Rockport and all of our VRBO’s but not this one. All in all, I wouldn’t suggest this property for the amount of money it costs and the amenities were terrible.

This House was everything listed and more! Our family enjoyed every moment! It was perfectly sized and located! The pool was perfect, the fishing docks conveniently located. We have little ones so having the back dock and pool was amazing! Everything was so beautiful! We wanted a leisure get away, we got that AND MORE!

The property itself is beautiful unfortunately the cleaning company did not do a very good job. There was black dog hair everywhere, on the floor, couches and even on towels. Everything we touched was covered in black hair. The pool was dirty and appeared to not have chlorine. The first 2 days the pumps to the pool never turned on. I reached out to the management company and they suggested I call and schedule pool maintenance. I’m not sure how that is my responsibility. Needless to say it was a frustrating experience. Also the oven was broken so we were not able to cook most of the food we had planned. Oh and there was gum on the kitchen floor at check I . I sent pictures to the management company.

The advertised photos are great. When you arrive it is that and more. A true home away from home feel. The pool was a nice touch and our children loved it. The water had a green tint to it and we tried to look beyond it. The pump was disconnected upon arrival. Vacasa assured me prior to booking that the pool was not in that state due to a previous review. We would stay here again. Propane tank for the fire pit also empty, as stated in previous review I read.

Everything was good the only issue we had was the master bath shower was only getting cool not warm or hot. Having the pool and the back dock made for a wonderful vacation. Will be going back next year
