Modern Virginia Beach Retreat in Resort District!

The house was perfect for our family of 7. The only downside was the fighter jets at night. Other than that, amazing experience! We will be back.

We stayed at this rental for a weekend getaway tied to a kids’ sporting event, and it was a great experience. The home was very well maintained and had all the utensils and essentials needed to cook, which made things easy and comfortable. The location was extremely convenient—close to the Virginia SportsCenter and also not far from the beach.The home manager was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the extra supplies like toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap. In many rentals these items are left for the renter to provide, so having them available made the stay much more pleasant and stress-free. Overall, a clean, well-kept home in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is absolutely beautiful! The location was awesome…a short and easy walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was exactly where we wanted to be.

Wonderful house and location!

We had a great stay! The property was super clean when we arrived. I really appreciated all of the comfortable seating (inside and out). There were many restaurants/cafes nearby and the kitchen was well-equipped for when we chose to cook in. The mattress in the primary suite was very comfortable. The beach was in walking distance and it was great to have beach chairs, mats, and a wagon in the shed to borrow. Communication was great as we were chucking in as well as when my teen realized she left her suit in the dryer (it is being mailed to us). All in all this place was perfect for our family vacation.

Wonderful property, close to the beach but far enough away so it was quiet at night. Property came with every amenity you would need for your stay.

The property was amazing. It was just like the pictures shown in the booking. The host was awesome. The property and host 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend to all of my family and friends. Do not hesitate to book this one.

We were supposed to stay in the fall of 2024 but had to cancel due to a hurricane Helene. The host was extremely accommodating and moved our reservation to April of 2025 with no problem. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed some. Very clean and great location. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to spend some quality time in Virginia Beach.

Great property very modern, great location, the three bedrooms were perfect for us. It took us some time to figure out all the amenities and find the guest book. The TV's worked sporadically at best. The property could use heavier blankets for the beds and more towels. Overall it was a great property for our family.

Had a lovely stay! Very walkable to all of the Arts district coffee shops, local shopping, surf shops, breweries, and restaurants in VB. House as described, clean, driveway for parking. Only thing we would say is it could’ve used more than just a thin quilt on the beds (we had a very chilly rainy weekend) so a warmer cozy bed would’ve been nice but all in all a great place to stay.
