Modern villa with large pool! Free Wifi!

The home is in a very quiet neighborhood with little traffic in South Venice. The back yard is a large lanai with a dining area and saltwater pool. Lots of pool towels and toys for use. We enjoy cycling and the house is located about 2 miles from the south end of the Venetian Waterway trail, easy access to the Legacy Trail. The house condition is excellent; the HVAC and appliances worked perfectly. There is no sink garbage disposal. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware we needed and we cooked in many evenings. Good WiFi and the TV is YouTube. Beds were comfortable and quiet and the linens were plentiful. The water heater is a small tankless unit so only one shower at a time. The pool temp never got above 82F-it is heated with a heat pump so cooler temps outside prevented warmer water.The owner called to be sure the check in went well and even tried to help us when our travel plans to travel home were changed due to weather. Responses were always prompt. In summary, we were very happy with our time here and would stay at this home again.

I’ve visited venice and south venice florida numerous times for both work and vacations.This home was perfect. I walked 3-4 miles each evening in a perfectly safe neighborhood that is close to golf courses beaches and the harbor.Great my week long vacation with a heated pool.Thanks

Our stay in Venice was wonderful. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need during your stay. They supplied pool and beach toys, bath and pool/beach towels, kitchen supplies and a complete guide of Venice with suggestions for dining, shopping and beaches. The internet was great as we were able to work a few days from home. Owner is available when needed and very nice to communicate with.

My husband and I have used VRBO and other rental providers over the years and there are always ups and downs. However, this was hands down the BEST! Not only was the locations extremely clean but it was also well stocked with every item that’s the renter might need. It was clear to us that it was important to the renter to provide the best service possible and not just to collect a paycheck. It seems that there is always some reason to call and get clarification on some things once you get to a rental, but not with this house. We came to realize this toward the end of the week when the renter called us to make sure everything went well. It was then that it hit us that we hadn’t had to call about anything. If we ever go back to Venice, we will definitely rent this house!

First time staying in Venice. This house has everything you could need, and close to all amenities. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Venice.

House was exactly as listed. Beautiful and clean. Well updated. Also very well stocked in both the kitchen and with beach and pool supplies. Tons of beach chairs. And a beach wagon which was super helpful to carry all the kids stuff to and from the beach. Pool was wonderful! Kids loved it!

Nice clean modern home in a quiet area of Venice. House had everythjng you need whether you are relaxing by pool or going to beach. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. Outdoor space has a nice grill, dining area and two lounge areas. We have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one did not disappoint. I appreciate the cleanliness of the home and would recommend this home for couples, families or groups.The Host was responsive and accomodating.

This house had everything we needed for a wonderful week in South Venice. The check-in process was easy, the owner was very responsive and the house was extremely clean. The kitchen is so well appointed, everything had been thought of! The beds were large and comfortable with plenty of extra linens. We loved having coffee and happy hour by the pool every day!

Our time spent at this home was just wonderful. This well kept, clean home was conveniently located to many beaches, restaurants and stores. Our grandchildren came down for a visit and loved the small park that was in walking distance from the house. We also enjoyed the homes close proximity to the bike trails. The owner takes excellent care of this property and has it stocked with all the things you need for a comfortable vacation. He was also very accessible to us with any questions we had during our stay. We enjoyed our time swimming in the heated pool and sitting outside in the beautiful lanai area. Looking forward to returning next winter.

The house was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and absolutely gorgeous. The house was 5 minutes from Manasota beach we're we found lots of shark teeth that was very exciting for our girls. Everything we needed was supplied and they even had everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. Torsten is an incredible host and was always available for questions if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful stay from start to finish. We arrived late to check in and we had a code for the door so we could get in without any issues. The House was exactly as described and our family of 5 was able to comfortably stretch out in the three bedrooms. The master bedroom with attached bathroom was perfect for me and my wife, the second bedroom was perfect for my 18 year old daughter and the third bedroom with the twin beds was great for my six and 12 year old. Everything we needed for our trip was provided. From the kitchen utensils and dishes to the pool towels, beach towels and everything in between. Our main goal was shark tooth hunting which was also covered. Three Florida snow shovels, a floating sifter, more chairs than we could ever need, umbrellas, sand toys, you name it and they had it. They also had the sand cart to carry it all the pictures don’t do it justice. We would 100% stay again in a heartbeat. The covered pool was also absolutely perfect after our long days at the beach!
