Modern, upscale townhouse, 3 min walk to the beach, 5 bedrooms/4 full baths!

Great Birthday weekend. We celebrated my mom's 70th. This house was able to accommodate 12 people comfortably. It was just as listed on the website. The decorations were very coastal chic. The place sat about 4 minute walk from the beach. There are no beach views, but we knew that going in. Each level has an outdoor space. You are slightly close to neighbors, but its the beach and everyone is close. The owners did not forget anything, the house had everything you need for a staycation. The beach chairs were an added bonus!! The place was clean and they provided towels and sheets. There was enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy the home. The kitchen is a great meeting space in the home. The table was large enough to fit about 8 people. Plus tge large island we great for serving and eating. I love that there were cleaning supplies to kerp the kitchen and bathrooms clean. There was enough parking for 4 cars in the drive way. I appreciate how readily tge owners were to answered questions and providing feedback. This home is a great home away ftom and i would definitely stay again.

The house is in a great location with close proximity to 2 beach access points. The house also provided plenty of space for the 12 of us. Having 2 washer and dryers was also helpful for our crew. Overall the house was clean upon arrival except for a few areas- and a terrible smell of shrimp on the 2nd floor/kitchen area that eventually went away after a few days (we think the previous renters cooked a shrimp boil the night before we arrived- unfortunate timing). The oven racks still do not fit the oven (see another's review) which made it challenging to bake my birthday cake, but this has been mentioned to the owner and they are trying to address this concern. The house stayed nice and cool during the Extreme Heat wave during our rental week. Overall we had a great stay and would consider coming back next year!

The location of this home is truly exceptional—an easy 10 out of 10. However, the property’s overall maintenance left much to be desired. The oven racks didn’t fit properly, creating a safety issue when heated and making it extremely difficult to prepare meals for our group. I wouldn’t have booked this home had I known. The host was initially friendly and communicative, apologizing and offering to send maintenance, but the racks couldn’t be adjusted. She said she’d purchased three sets, none of which fit. Communication ceased after the issue was raised, and no discount or goodwill gesture was offered.Other problems included two of three grill burners working, stained stool and chair covers, dirty shower curtains (1 rusted & torn), interior is in clear need of a fresh coat of paint, especially the handrail, command strips where décor had been removed, and outdated kitchen cookware. Also, in the check out instructions, it's asked for guest to clean all sand, though the garage floor and toys were sandy upon arrival.While this is clearly a family beach home, it isn’t ready for rental. With care, it could be lovely, but in its current state, it doesn’t meet expectations. Future guests should confirm kitchen functionality, and the oven issue should be disclosed in the listing.

Clean house with plenty of space for everyone. Close to the beach and in a quiet part of Kure Beach. Perfect for a a low key family trip with kids. Big open kitchen & living room for gathering so that everyone can hang out together. We loved our stay!

Our family loved the house! It was a perfect stay for the adults and the kids. The house is very modern and clean, plenty of space and amenities. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the beach chairs provided. The location is perfect, not too busy and very quiet neighborhood. Thanks Hayley for a great stay!

Plenty of beds and bathrooms for 4 families to share. Short walk to the beach was great and plenty of food options that were only a short walk away.

Very clean, nicely furnished and plenty of seating for the family. Exceptionally nice outdoor furniture on both decks. Short walk to a good beach and life guard tower. Well stocked kitchen and several little extras like starter coffee and huge pantry. This was our second visit to Kure Vida and we will be back.

Great property close to the beach, lots of space, updated furnishings, responsive host

Staying at Kura Vida was an absolute dream! It was such a hit with all of our guests! The property was spotless and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend! Parking was not an issue as just a block away is an entire street with paid parking. The parking is only paid until 5 PM, so we didn't have issues finding spots. The location is ideal, as everyone was able to come and go as they pleased, enjoying everything Kure has to offer. We will DEFINITELY be back!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Kure Beach. The house had all of the amenities we needed, was modern and clean. With only a 2 block walk to the beach and a wagon supplied, it made our week super easy and relaxing.
