Modern Townhome Steps from the Brewery District!

The house was perfect! Everything was as expected and the communication was a breeze. I would stay with them again anytime.

We picked this VRBO for a family girl’s trip. The location was perfect. Loved that we all had separate rooms and bathrooms. The washer and drier were great as well. Check in and out was easy. Having access to the garage was wonderful on cold mornings.

The property had good amenities and great access to all areas we needed for our stay FOCO - breweries, campus, shopping. Weve stayed in these properties twice now for family events and really enjoy the location. Stacy has also always been a awesome host - easy to get in touch with and prompt to respond. Dave.

Convenient location, awesome laundry and kitchen.

This was the perfect place for a girls weekend. We were so close to shopping and dining. Host also did a great job responding quickly to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!

The photos and the listing are not accurate for this property. We were looking for a place that had cable channels to watch the football games. This listing said it had cable but it actually has ROKU. The ROKU stick overheats after using it for a while and you have to shut the tv off to let it cool. The pictures in the listing show a nice vacant lot next to the patio. Actually, there is major construction going on next door which starts at 7:15 every morning. Wake up to the sound of nail guns, saws and heavy equipment each morning. The fencing makes it difficult to get in and out of the garage. Don't try parking out front. There are no spots out front. It's a very congested neighborhood. I think the timing of our visit was bad. Once this construction is complete, it might not be so bad. I wasn't a fan of having to wipe down the hard surfaces either. That's what we pay a cleaning fee for. It wasn't all bad. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee, creamer, shampoo and soap was all provided which was very nice.

We were in town to move my daughter in to her dorm at CSU, there were 4 of us and this lovely townhome was perfect! It is very well appointed and has all the necessities. While we didn't cook while we were there, we definitely could have and would have had everything we needed. The living area is comfortable with plenty of space to accommodate 5-6 people. There's great natural light and the furniture is in good condition and, again, very comfortable. The beds were all great with soft sheets and quality pillows. We all slept really well both nights we were there. Bedrooms upstairs are a great size with room to spread out. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Overall the townhouse was very clean and smelled good. We used the laundry machines which was great and easy. The owners left a book with GREAT suggestions and information about Ft Collins...where to go for any type of entertainment and dining, where to catch hiking trails and where to day trip. We tried most of the local places recommended in the book and were so happy we did...all were GREAT. The neighborhood is a new build and there is construction still happening but it did not affect our stay at all. We took several walks over to the nearest park trail and LOVED it. You are walking distance from several great spots to dine as well. Overall it was pretty close to perfect. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back...this will likely always be our first choice!

Check-in was quick and easy and the app worked great. Kitchen facilities statisfied all our needs.

Perfect location, lovely accommodations.

We stayed for a long weekend. Visited with FOCO family it was a great location. Walk to the grocery and the trail was near by to get to town or a quick drive to town. Beds were comfortable kithchen had all we need to make breakfast and quick lunches. Would stay again!

Comfy beds, clean, stocked, close to breweries. Garage for car. Would stay again. Absolutely perfect for long weekend in FC!

This place was the perfect location for our trip to Fort Collins. Close to Old College Town, groceries and great coffee! The place was clean, easy access and bathrooms for each room. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was just as described. Check in was very easy and we had no issues. Very close to the square, which was quite nice. Lots of shops and places to eat. The kitchen has everything you need, sooo many spices too! Even comes with a remote for the garage which was nice since it was cold outside!

It only took three minutes to get to Old Town from the house. Also, easy access to restaurants, breweries and down town shopping.

Much better than a hotel. Clean, great bathrooms, free bike use. Great place.

We stayed here for my daughter's softball tournament along with 2 other families. The house was very well equipped and met all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this great space to anyone.

Perfect for what we needed.

The condo was very comfortable and in a great location. A short walk to two breweries and a quick drive into old town.

Very clean, easy check-in, good communication, nice north FoCo location.
